Mia knew how things were and she knew how she was faking a relationship with Severus. She knew it wasn't easy. She knew how Lockhart was still after her.

Mia was grateful for him and all that had happened. She knew that Lockhart scared the hell out of her. And she knew how she shouldn't let him get to her but she knew that he did.

Mia got dressed and walked down into the great hall and see saw Minerva who smiled. "Mia, how are you?" She asked as she looked to her granddaughter.

Mia smiled. "I'm okay gran, no need to worry."

"It's my job to worry. We are family. And I have always looked after you. I always will. Why didn't you tell me that Lockhart was harassing you. And that you're seeing Severus?" She asked.

Mia looked to her and smiled. "Well it's early days. I didn't tell you as I didn't want to worry you. I know that you worry," Mia said as Minerva looked to her and smiled.

She knew how she was trying to be supportive towards her granddaughter. "As long as you're sure that you're okay, Severus is a good person. But he has been hurt a lot in the past. And I would hate for you to end up hurt because of it. I know what Severus is like. Just promise me that you will be careful," Minerva said as Mia looked to her and nodded.

She knew that she couldn't help but feel worried about her Gran's warning. But she knew that she didn't know the full story. She knew how it was all fake.

Mia looked to see Rosaline. She smiled as she stood in the hallway. "So is it true? What I hear about you and Severus. Just be careful I know what he's like," she said.

Mia looked to her and smiled. "You don't need to worry. What Severus and I have is fake. Lockhart won't leave me alone. And he's looking out for me," she told her.

Rosaline smiled. "Severus doesn't do something like that if he doesn't care for you. Just don't fall into bed with him. It makes things complicated. I should know. I mean, I have crossed that line before."

Mia looked to her and chuckled. "Oh I know all about that. But I see that you are getting close to a certain werewolf. What would your father have to say?" She said.

Rosaline looked to her and rolled her eyes. "Nothing. My father had been when he was barely out of school. He doesn't get to judge. Besides, with Remus it's getting serious. No pun intended with my father. But I like him. And I know it's complicated as he's my dads best friend. But I went through a lot when he was in jail and growing up without him. And Remus? He healed me," she told her.

Mia looked to her best friend and smiled. "He makes you happy. I can see. As long as you're happy that's all I care about. You can't help who you fall in love with," she said as Rosaline smiled.

Mia sat in her classroom and looked to see Severus as he walked on and looked to her. "I wanted to see how you are. I mean as your fake boyfriend, shouldn't we be spending more time together," he said.

Mia looked to him and smiled. "I don't know. I haven't really done the whole pretend thing before," she said.

Severus smiled. "Neither have I. Although I do think we need to be seen in public more. We need to make it look real. So join me for dinner tonight," he said as she looked to him and nodded.

Mia had no idea how her fake relationship with Severus Snape would change her life.
