Traverse Town - Explanations

Everything was pitch black. Sora felt like he was beat up by the monsters again. 

"Hey, get up, lazy bum!" A cheery voice rang out.

'K-Kairi?' Sora slowly opened his eyes, and noticed his friend. She looked a little different, but no, it had to be her!

"Hey, you're up!" Sora turned to see Bart, Cassie and Courage looking at him with relief.

"Oh, you guys are okay too, good," Sora said.

"Are YOU okay?" Kairi asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine, Kairi," Sora said, and Kairi for some reason looked confused.

"Wait, did you call me Kairi?" She asked. "Who's that? I am..." 'Kairi' spun around, and struck a pose. "THE GREAT NINJA YUFFIE!"

There was a moment of silence, everyone's eyes on Yuffie, until Bart broke the silence by chuckling. "Is something funny?" Yuffie asked, annoyed.

"Sorry, it's just- that looked so silly!" Bart admitted.

"Silly?! It was cool!"

"Na, it was looking a little dumb," Sora admitted. Before Yuffie could yell back in irritation, the door opened, and the same man that knocked out Sora was standing there!

"YOU!" Sora yelled. He rushed at the man, swinging his fists madly, but the man just poked him with the handle of his blade on his forehead, making him stumble back. 

"Settle down, kid. I didn't beat you up for fun," He said.

"You definitely overdid it, Squall!" Yuffie reprimanded.

"That's LEON, Yuffie," Leon reminded her.

"Okay, now that we've all been introduced, and not trying to kill each other... WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!" Cassie yelled.

"Shh! This is a secret location!" Yuffie said, shushing Cassie furiously. Sora turned to see the Keyblade was lying against the wall.

"Hey, the Keyblade..."

"Yeah, sorry, but we had to separate it from you. It's how the creatures were tracking you," Leon explained. Bart grabbed it, and his face lit up. 

"Awesome! Hi-yah!" Bart laughed, swinging it around randomly. But suddenly, the Keyblade just disappeared from his hands, and was now in Sora's hands, who was in surprise. "Woah, how did you do that?"

"I don't know! It just did that. It happened when this other giant dark creature knocked it outta my hands," Sora recalled.

"I don't get why the Keyblade would choose a novice like you, but I guess beggars can't be choosers," Leon sighed.

"Ok, YOU! Start making sense!" Sora demanded. Yuffie and Leon took a deep breath. This was a long story.

Right around this time, Donald and Goofy met a woman called Aerith, who seemed to know King Mickey sent them. She led them to a room, and closed the door. "So, how do you know the King?" Donald asked.

"He sent a message to us. He knew that the Keyblade wielder would appear here, so he contacted us to help find them, and you both," Aerith explained. "And, you're going to need to know what you're going up against." Goofy and Donald shared a nervous look with each other. Definitely sounded scary. Aerith sat down on the edge of the bed, while Goofy and Donald took seats on the stools opposite.

"Okay, so you know how there are other worlds?" Aertih asked them.

"Yep," The court magician said.

"But they're supposed to be a secret," Goofy said.
