"I'll be back as soon as I can" Maddox said, getting ready to leave in order to collect Klaus' real body for him.
"Yes, do hurry. I'm anxious to get out of this body. And if you get hung up, call me. You know how impatient I get" Klaric stated to the warlock, earning a nod in return. He closed the door, turning to Katherine who held out a cup of coffee towards him which he took.
"Where is he going?" Katherine asked.
"To retrieve me. So I can get out of this bad hairdo and be able to speak with my mate properly" The man said, walking past her and into the kitchen.
"Are you sure that's a good idea, Klaus?" The brunette questioned, not at all fond of the idea of having the real Klaus around in the small town.
"Well, the full moon is almost upon us. I've killed the witch, I have the moonstone and the doppelganger is waiting in the wings. I am ready to break this curse" Klaric said, a rush of excitement at the thought of breaking his curse in the next few days.
"And why would you do that here? There are so many that would try to stop you" Katherine asked.
"Because I have to. It's the birth place of the doppelganger" The man sighed, giving her a look of annoyance.
"Didn't realise that was a requirement" She said, looking away from him.
"How could you? You betrayed me and fled England before I could give you the details, Katerina. But I did find your birth place and slaughtered your family....so I guess we're cool. Let's just hope Elena isn't as stupid as you were" Klaric smirked, before walking past her and over to his mate who was still unconscious on the bed. He smiled softly, grazing a finger over her cheek gently.
"She won't run. She'll die before she lets anyone that she loves get hurt" Katherine cut through the moment, making him scowl but he got up and walked over to grab a coat.
"And that's exactly what I'm counting on. You can't leave until I tell you to. Do not lay a finger on Amber, and make sure she has something to eat and drink when she wakes up" He compelled the vampire, before leaving the apartment making Katherine sigh and glance over at the sleeping girl.

At the Lockwood Mansion, Elena and Elijah were sitting in the living room. When Elena went into the basement, she had pulled out the daggers that were wedged in the two original's, only to see their bodies vanish. As she was leaving the Salvatore house in a state of panic, she was met by Elijah who was waiting for her at the front door.
Of course the girl asked how he wasn't daggered etc, by the original ignored her questions and the two decided to go somewhere more private. Hence them being at the Lockwood Mansion.
"So I assume that the Martin witches are no longer with us?" Elijah asked, though he already knew the answer to that as he took a sip of his tea.
"No. I'm sorry" Elena sighed.
"And Katerina? She would've been released from my compulsion when I died" He asked, but again already knew the answer. Elijah obviously knew a lot of what was going on, but he had to pretend that he knew nothing so Elena wouldn't grow more suspicious.
"Klaus took her. We think that she may be dead" The Gilbert girl stated, earning a small chuckle from the noble vampire.
"I doubt that. Not Klaus' style. Death would be too easy for her after what she did" Elijah stated, making Elena grow confused at this information.
"I don't understand. You say that you want Klaus dead but you still made Katherine pay for betraying him" Elena said with a frown.
"I had my own reasons for wanting Katerina to pay" He answered shortly, though he didn't really care much for that anymore. He found his person, so Katherine was no longer a concern for him.
"There was a time I'd done anything for Klaus" The vampire said softly, his mind going back to the fourteen hundreds.
"Yes. Klaus is my brother" Elijah smirked slightly, seeing the shocked look on the Gilbert girls face.
"I heard that. I'm still processing" She breathed out.
"Yes, I'm a little behind on the times but I believe the term you're looking for is OMG" He said, smiling slightly knowing that Amber would find what he said rather amusing.
"So, there's a whole family of originals?" Elena asked after a moment of silence.
"My father was a wealthy landowner in a village in Eastern Europe. Our mother bore seven children" Elijah said, turning away from the mirror to look at the doppelganger.
"So your parents were human?" Elena asked stupidly, almost making Elijah roll his eyes at the human girl.
"Our whole family was. Our origin as vampires is a very long story, Elena. Just know, we're the oldest vampires in the world. We are the original family and from us, all vampires were created" He explained.
"Right, but Klaus is your brother. And you want him dead" The Gilbert girl deadpanned, which did not amuse Elijah in the slightest. The man remained silent for a few seconds, before speaking up once again.
"I need some air. I'm still feeling a tad...dead. Come" He ordered, as he made his way to the back of the house and out to the backyard with Elena following close behind.
"So as you've seen, nothing can kill an original. Not sun, not fire, not even a werewolf bite. Only the wood from one tree. A tree my family made sure burned" Elijah spoke, as the two walked further away from the house.
"That's where the white ash for the daggers comes from"
"Yes. The witches won't allow anything truly immortal to walk the Earth. Every creature needs to have a weakness in order to maintain balance" The original said.
"So if the sun can't kill an original, why is Klaus so obsessed with breaking the Sun and Moon curse?" Elena questioned, an amused look to spread across Elijah's face.
"Right. The Curse of the Sun and the Moon. It's all so biblical sounding, don't you think?" He said, turning to Elena with the amused look still on his face which confused her.
"What's so funny?" She asked, as Elijah explained it to her.
"I don't understand. So Klaus drew the Aztec sketches about the curse?" The girl questioned.
"Roman scrolls, African tribal etchings and any other culture or continent we felt like planting it in" Elijah answered.
"But why?"
" The easiest way to discover the existence of a doppelganger or to get your hands on some long lost moonstone is to have every single member of two warring species on the lookout for it" The original explained.
"So it's not Aztec at all?" Elena asked, again Elijah wanted to roll his eyes at how awfully stupid the girl is.
"The Curse of the Sun and the Moon....is fake. It doesn't exist"

At Alaric's apartment, music was blaring through the speakers and Katherine was dancing around whilst drinking a bottle of bourbon. The Parker girl, who had woken up half an hour ago as the other version of her, was thoroughly annoyed with the vampire and wanted to snap her neck. The vampire had done as Klaus told her, making sure the untriggered werewolf was fed and had something to drink.
Keys jingled at the door, making the Petrova vampire freeze and then speed over to sit on the couch acting as though she had been there the whole time. Klaric walked in, a deep angered frown present on his face.
"Mind turning that down" He ordered the woman, who instantly did as he said.
"Why so grumpy?" Katherine asked.
"Well, this body has outlived its usefulness" He said, looking down at the body in utter annoyance.
"Do you want a drink?" The woman asked.
"No, Katerina, I don't want a drink" Klaric said, glaring at her. Katherine pushed him to drink, but that just made him angrier. He grabbed the bottle and threw it against a wall, then roughly grabbed the doppelganger.
"What I want is for you to sit down and shut up" He compelled her.
"Do you two mind shutting up? I'm trying to read over here" Came the voice of 'Amber', making the two turn to see the girl sitting on the bed reading one of Alaric's many history books that he had lying around.
"It's good to see you awake, love" Klaric smiled, his anger completely gone as he walked over to the brunette.
"Yes, though I didn't appreciate being kidnapped" 'Amber' snarked, glaring up at the man.
"I apologise, but I didn't want you to get hurt" He stated, though he did feel slightly guilty for what he did but it was for her own good.
"Aha, sure" She brushed off, going back to focusing on the book just as the front door opened and Maddox walked in.
"Maddox, what took you so long?" He snapped.
"You got a lot of luggage" The warlock answered, as a couple of men walked in with bags in their hands and Greta walked in not long after.
"Nice body. You ready to get out of it?" The witch asked, smiling up at the man who gave her a nod.
'Amber' suddenly lost interest when she saw someone wheel in a very large case inside the apartment, a frown gracing her features. She hadn't really been paying attention, but if she was to guess, the case probably held Klaus' actual body inside which she found rather weird.
She watched as Klaus' people set everything up, Alaric's body standing in the circle of candles. The witches began to chant, Katherine watching in fear whilst 'Amber' watched on out of curiosity. The hunter soon let out a gasp, his eyes settling on the two girls.
"Amber? Elena?" He breathed out in confusion, before he collapsed to the ground unconscious.
Maddox then stood up to walk over to the giant case, and opened. The Petrova felt her heart begin to race, her fear becoming apparent. 'Amber' though felt her breathe hitch at the sight of the man before her. Her blue eyes flickered over his whole body. He has dirty blonde curly hair, sharp facial features, deep blue eyes and pink lips that the Parker felt the need to kiss. And he was dressed in a fine suit, but not as fine as Elijah's suits.
"Now that's more like it" Klaus smirked.
The original then turned his gaze onto his mate, his face softening instantly. He did feel a sense of pride when he noticed the look on her face, and that her heart seemed to race when he looked at her.
"Hello, my love. It's a pleasure to meet you properly, though I am curious as to who I'm speaking to" Klaus said, gently grasping her hand in his and kissed her knuckles causing her to blush.
"I'm guessing the bitch behind you told you" 'Amber' drawled, glaring over at Katherine before looking back at Klaus.
"If you must know, I'm Bellatrix Parker and you already know Amber. But you can call me Bella" She smiled at him, moving a bit closer to the man.
"Bellatrix, such a beautiful name. Means female warrior, and from what I've heard you are quite the fiery little thing" The original smirked, making the girl laugh.
"Quite the charmer, aren't you, Mr Mikaelson?" Bellatrix smirked back, using a finger to trace his jaw which sent a shiver down his spine.
"Only for you, love. Now, although I like talking to you, I would like to speak with Amber" Klaus said gently, which made Bellatrix become a little guarded.
"How can I trust that you will keep her safe? Amber is a sweet girl, but she is more likely to get herself hurt or worse yet...killed" The Parker girl said, looking at him through squinted eyes.
"I would rather die then let anything happen to her, I give you my word" He said sternly, but softly as to reassure her that he was telling her the truth.
"You better keep your word" She said firmly, pointing at him. She then closed her eyes, her body relaxing and Amber was now back. Her eyes opened, a slight frown present on her face when she saw an unfamiliar man.
"Who are you?" She asked in a soft voice that made Klaus' heart melt.
"Klaus Mikaelson, love. It's a pleasure to meet you, Amber" He smiled, earning a small shy one in return.
A/N I wanted to make it clear about Amber/Bellatrix. Obviously Bellatrix is Amber's alter ego or other personality. When Amber has an episode, she won't remember what happens. Basically like a black out, hence the chunks of memories missing. If you have questions about it, comment below.
