Jay leaves towards the elevator, heading down towards the parking lot. The elevator dings, doors opening and he's out of the small cube, walking at a rather quick pace.
He walks over to his car, getting in and pulling out of the parking lot.
He drives, not entirely sure where he's going but he just drives.
Jay's mind is a complete mess, he feels extremely guilty for kissing Sarah.
He loves Charlie immensely.
He'd do anything for her.... Die for her..
But it feels to him like he's failed her.
Jay felt like he broke their vows... the promise they made in front of 50 people on their wedding day.
As he drives, his mind goes back to that day:
'The rain poured heavily on the roof of the catholic church. You could hear how hard the raindrops fell on the roof, rolling down and landing on the side of the building.
The church was filled with many different faces.
Friends, relatives and soldiers.
Charlie's large Mexican family was on different places in the church. Jay didn't have any relatives and his parents abandoned him at a young age, forcing him to live with his grandparents.
His grandparents were sitting in the front row, beside Charlie's parents.
Jay's teammates on the other hand were all stuck together as a group. They sat next to his grandparents, filling the first two rows. They were all dressed in their formal military uniforms. Black slacks, dark blue jackets with their ranks and badges on their chest and shoulders.
Jay smiled over to his grandparents and then towards his teammates, some of them winking and nodding at him.
His best men were Charlie's older brother, Dante and his best friend, Kendall Grey.
They stood beside Jay. Kendall patted his back as he saw how nervous Jay was. "You got this JayFox." Kendall leans to whisper in his ear, "Remember, you can't back out of this now. Don't be like those shitty grooms and leave their bride at the altar because they aren't ready for that commitment."
"Real reassuring, Ken." Kendall smiles at him as he leans to whisper in his ear again.
"Hey, if you can't do this.. just say so. I'll gladly take your place and marry that gorgeous woman of yours." Jay glares at Kendall, playfully. He knows Kendall is joking.
"I will end you..." Jay glares playfully at Kendall, causing him to snicker.
Dante rolls his eyes as he hears Kendall laugh like a little girl, he looks over to them, "Is my futuro cuñado getting married to mi hermana or to you? Solo quiero asegurarme de que, so I know if I should stay sobrio por el resto de la noche."
Kendall stops laughing as Dante says that. He wraps both of his arms around Dante and Jay's shoulders, pulling them close in a hug.
"Ahh I love you guys." He kisses each one of them on their heads before he smiles wide, "Even you Dante, although you can be a big ol' wowser at times."
Dante tries to pull away from the Kendall's grip, but he doesn't succeed.
"Wowser?" Dante asks, his Spanish accent thick at trying to pronounce the word correctly. He looks at Kendall before looking over to Jay, "¿Me está insultando? Are you insulting me?" Dante asks, offended as he points to Kendall with his finger.
