Several months have gone by since Charlie's kidnapping.

The team were looking for her nonstop.. Sarah and David were forced to take on other cases as Jay didn't want to drop her case for another despite not having any leads.. Kendall and Dante stuck with him on his decision.

Every lead they got took them to a deadend...

But they never gave up.

Dante was rarely at the station because he was still a teacher and gym coach. After school he was at the station and at night he was with Jay and Kendall at Kendall's apartment.

Jay spoke rarely..

Ever since David told him that day about the blood and hair matching to Charlie's, he didn't speak unless he had to. Dante and Kendall did most of the talking to and for Jay.

Right now, it was night time and the three of them were sitting in Kendall's living room, going through possible suspects who could have targeted Charlie to get to Jay..

Throughout the past few months, the three of them made a list of suspects which with time, got narrowed down to a list of about 25 people.

But they didn't have made a lot of progress because all of them had pretty good reasons to target Jay.

Kendall was laying down on his back on the couch, his long legs draped over Dante's lap. He was reading the notes on a current possible suspect.

Dante was on his phone with his family, seeing if they have any possible leads.. Entirely aware of the way Kendall was laying with his legs over his lap.

Dante noticed pretty quickly ever since he was here that Kendall was very comfortable around the two of them..

And of course, a very big part of him, wanted to embrace that comfortable side of Kendall, no one else saw besides the two of them.

Dante was 100% positive that there was a spark between the two of them. That's why he was stealing glances at Kendall's focussed face as he read the notes.

He wanted to touch Kendall with the way he was laying with his legs over him.

But the other part was terrified of what the loose cannon sitting on the floor in front of them would do.

That loose cannon was Jay..

Jay was sitting cross-legged on the floor in front of them with his back against the couch, drinking a glass of whiskey. He was doing the same as Kendall.

Kendall popped the marker that was in his mouth open, highlighting a line on the file before dropping his arm to Jay, giving him the file who took it without looking.

"Have a look at this woman. Sofia Carlton. Done 5 years in County Jail in Texas for abducting a 24 year old, female named Mia Santiago. Charged as well with 2 attempted abductions.. But doesn't specify who."

Jay read through the file, seeing the highlighted line. He leaned forward and wrote on his notes of the list of people who possibly could have done it, adding her to the list.

Kendall looked back over to Dante as he ended the call, studying his features. He looked at his eyes before moving down to his lips. Subconsciously biting his lip a bit. Dante noticed him looking at him and he looked over at him, them making eye contact.

Jay read the suspect's name again, narrowing his eyes as he read the name again.

Sofia Carlton.

Something was wrong.

'Why does that name sound familiar?' Jay thought..

"Hey Ken.." Jay said after a few seconds.
