SUMMARY!
Cienna May had been best friends with Jesse St. James for as long as she could remember. There was no memory, no idea of her without Jesse by her side. It had been that way since forever, and Cienna thought that she wouldn't have to know a version of herself that wasn't friends with Jesse.
Turns out she thought wrong.
When Jesse finally accomplishes his high school dream and joins Vocal Adreline their friendship, and the boy who she thought she knew better than anyway, takes an 180 degrees flip and changes into something Cienna isn't sure she likes. All of that, plus the fact that Cienna starts to deal with the blossoming feelings towards her best friend, breaks a bond that neither of them thought they were going to lose.
When Cienna decides to take a step back and transfer schools from Carmel High to McKinley High, she does so with the idea of never having to see Jesse again. But things don't really go as she planned when she finally decided to join her school's glee club, New Directions, and ends up facing Vocal Adrenaline with an old too familiar curly haired guy as their leader.
Will the be able to walk through their rough patches unscathered? Or is their holy ground too haunted to survive?
