Room for two?

AN// it's like 2AM & I had no other idea for the title & im also very loopy from no sleep so sorry for all of this aha (also this is super short again sorRY)

Marceline had been sick for almost a week and a half, and she was sick of it. No seeing friends, trouble sleeping, and just overall unhappiness.

So when it lasted over a week, she gave up. She rolled over in bed and reached for her phone.
"Hey babe, you up?"

After a few minutes of waiting, her phone lit up.
"Of course. What's up?"

"Im fucking miserable"

"I know babe"

"Ugh. I just want to cuddle"

"Then come over?"

"You serious?"

"Of course"

Marceline smiled into her pillow, then got up and got dressed. She threw on some pajama pants and grabbed a little overnight bag.

She jumped into the car and started the engine up.
"I'll be over in five. You sure it's okay for me to come over?"

"Of course baby. Im home alone anyways."

"Alright. I'll text you when I get there"

The drive to Bonnie's house was agonizing. She was sniffling and sneezing the whole way. Maybe it would have been better to ask Bonnie to come pick her up.

After what seemed like hours, Marceline finally pulled into the familiar driveway. Bonnie was sitting outside on the front porch like she did every time Marceline was coming over.

When she saw her partner get out of the car, Bonnie stood up and held her arms out. Marceline eagerly accepted the invitation and nuzzled into Bonnie's arms.

"Hey babe. I missed you."

Marceline blushed. "Just Shutup and take me inside you loser"

Bonnie picked up her sleepy girlfriend and carried her inside and onto the couch. She sat down and pulled Marceline onto her lap.

"You feeling any better?" Bonnie whispered, stroking Marceline's hair.

"Well im a bit better now that im with you."

Bonnie smiled, and pulled the blanket over the both of them. "Get some sleep baby. I'll wake you up in the morning."

Marceline yawned. "I love you"

Bonnie kissed the smaller girls forehead. "I love you too babe. Goodnight."

"Goodnight."
