Kanao woke up next to Nezuko, who was facing Kanao. Their legs were intertwined and Kanao's head rested on top of Nezuko's.

Kanao heard a yawn come from the sleeping girl and Nezuko snuggled up closer to her. Kanao could hold in her blush as her face turned beet red. Once Nezuko finally realized the position she was in, she began to blushed madly as well. Nezuko sat up and rubbed her eyes.

"Morning," she greeted as she yawned. Kanao sat up as well and hummed a response. Suddenly, the two heard a loud knock on the door.

"Come in," Kanao answered and the door flung open.

———Kanao's POV———

"Nezuko!" A boy with yellow and orange hair yelled out. He ran over and hugged Nezuko. I felt a strange ping of jealousy in my heart.

"Please... don't hug me," Nezuko refused and put her arms up. Zenitsu didn't let go and kept holding her tight.

"Let her go," I said coldly to the boy. He finally let her go and exclaimed,

"I'm so glad your ok Nezuko!"

"Who's this?" I asked in annoyance. 'He better back up,' I thought and rolled my eyes.

"Oh I'm Zenitsu," Zenitsu introduced.

"How do you two know each other?" I asked furrowing my eyebrows.

"This is one of Tanjiro's friends," Nezuko answered.

"How do you two know each other?" Zenitsu asked curiously but a bit of anger seeing how we were in the same bed together.

"She is helping Tanjiro!" Nezuko exclaimed and smiled at me. 'She's so pretty when she smiles,' I thought.

"So why are you two in this room together?" Zenitsu asked more annoyed then when he asked the first questions.

"How about you mind your own business," I snapped back. Zenitsu scoffed and scooted closer to Nezuko causing me to get even more pissed.

"Can you please back up Zenitsu?" Nezuko asked politely. Zenitsu sighed and scooted away from Nezuko respecting her wishes. 'He better back away,' I thought.

"GIRLS! COME EAT!" Mitsuri yelled from downstairs. I grabbed Nezuko's hand to lead her out the room and to show her the way to the kitchen. Zenitsu followed close behind.

"Welcome!" Mitsuri greeted as we walked into the kitchen.

"Good morning Mitsuri!" I exclaimed and smiled.

"How's Tanjiro?" Nezuko asked.

"WHAT IS A DEMON DOING HERE!" Sanemi yelled walking through the doors. I pulled Nezuko's hand, which I was still holding, so she would be standing behind me. I needed to protect her if this psycho tried to attack. Sanemi pulled out his sward, but Shinobu stopped him.

"What are you doing!" Sanemi asked and glared at Shinobu.

"She won't harm you! The master of the house sent a crow saying she won't harm people," Shinobu answered. Giyu suddenly walked through the doors aswell and stood next to Sanemi.

Sanemi kept his sward out in front of him and switched his glare over to Nezuko. Nezuko walked further behind my back as if she was scared, and I just glared back at the white haired freak.

"Giyu, tell your boyfriend to back off," I instructed.

"How is she not cooking?" Giyu asked. (I'm sorry I had too! 💀)
