As the echos of the battle faded into the night, Itadori and fushiguro found themselves in a secluded clearing. The moon casting its gentle glow upon them. With adrenaline of combat still coursing through their veins, they sat side by side. Megumis head on the pinkettes shoulder. He stole glances at megumi, his heart fluttering with a mixture of admiration and longing. As they sat comfortably in the silence, Itadoris gaze lingered on megumis side profile. It was illuminated by the soft moonlight.
He watched as Megumi's fingers absentmindedly traced patterns in the dirt, a furrow of concentration marring his usually composed expression.
A sudden impulse seized Yuji, his heart pounding with an inexplicable urgency. Without a second thought, he reached out, gently tilting fushiguros chin upwards until their eyes met, pools of darkness reflecting the shimmering light above.
"You know it's so fucking annoying how attractive and amazing you are." yuji scoffed softly. Megumi looked at him blushing and cracked a small smile.
"You're not so bad yourself Itadori.." he said softly with a certain look that made him want to kiss it off his face.In that moment, time seemed to stand still as Yuji leaned in, his lips brushing against Megumi's.
And then he woke up, the abrupt transition from the vivid dreamworld to the mundane reality jolting him from his reverie. It was a bizarre dream indeed—sorcerers, curses, and a surreal intimacy shared with Fushiguro.
The notion seemed too outlandish to even contemplate. How could such fantastical elements infiltrate his subconscious? Disappointment gnawed at him as he yearned to unravel the mysteries that lay beyond the confines of his slumber.
Yuji couldn't shake off the lingering echoes of their conversation from the night before. It replayed in his mind like a cherished melody, each word resonating deeply within him. Was it merely a figment of his imagination, or could there be a deeper significance to their connection?
The idea that it might not be a mere coincidence tantalized his thoughts, urging him to delve deeper into the enigma. How could he have dreamt about someone he had conversed with? Little did he realize, as his mind raced with questions, that Megumi had experienced the same dream.
