Sevyn Taleek Elmore2 months. It had been 2 months since Sevyn asked Kanari to be his girlfriend. In his opinion, life couldn't be any better.
His Vegas clients finally chose the $4,937,000, 5 bed, 6 bath, 10,583 square feet house that Sevyn showed them.
Over a year ago, Sevyn made his way into flipping houses. This house specifically now had: fresh wooden floors, marble counters, deep brown cabinets, and 2 pools in the background.
His clients would be paying in all cash, meaning he would have to take another trip to Vegas soon.
Besides property flipping, his other businesses were doing numbers as well.
His car dealership, Sev's Auto, was skyrocketing.
Thanks to his industry hookups, he was able to get in multiple sports cars and trucks over the past month. Keeping it fair, he priced them at wholesale, below retail prices.
Sevyn also owned multiple daycares in the city of Chicago. Growing up with a single mother, he realized that not every parent has a support group.
Since Sevyn and Tristian's mom, Savannah, got pregnant so young, at the age of 16. Everyone in their family practically disowned her, except her mother and sister.
Since daycares back in the day were overpriced, Savannah was left struggling, trying to find someone to watch her kids while she worked. Not to mention, she didn't want to pin her kids on her remaining family members everytime she had to work.
Sevyn being the kind hearted person he is, he wanted to prevent that from happening to new age parents in Chicago.
Instead of overpricing his services upfront, he made multiple payment plans available, accommodating each and every customer.
He also had a side of his daycares dedicated to kids with special needs; they required more attention than an average child. Ranging from autism to cerebral palsy, each and everyone was welcome.
Eventually, he wanted to expand his business to deeper parts of Illinois, and out of state.
At the moment he had 2 locations open to the public, one on the West side of Chicago, and one downtown.
There was also a location currently being built on the South side of Chicago.
Making around 50,000 a year from one daycare alone, Sevyn was looking at a 150,000+ salary as soon as the third one opened up.
Picking up his ringing phone, it just so happened to be his civil engineer.
"Hey boss. Do you officially want the sign in the front to say Sevyn days or Sev's days?"
"I want it jus' like the others, make it say 'Sevyn Days', S-E-V-Y-N, D-A-Y-S." He spelled out.
Ironically, his daycares were open all 7 days of the week from 6AM-6PM.
"Make my shit straight, bitch ass nigga" He joked.
"Got it. See you soon boss." His civil engineer hung up, chuckling at the quote that Sevyn just said.
