Lee Felix Yongbok & Ryu Kala (LixLa): two angels without wings

「 ✦ HOW THEY MET ✦ 」

ಇ. Felix was the second person who introduced himself to Kala after Jisung. And being the bright, outgoing person he was, he easily made her comfortable around him

ಇ. When Kala knew Felix was from Australia and wasn't yet fluent in Korean, she tried to mix Korean-English whenever she talked to him

ಇ. Sometimes Kala joined Felix and Minho's Korean lesson and helped him understand better when Minho was having a hard time explaining certain phrases to Felix

ಇ. Felix always went to her if he encountered difficult words in Korean because Kala read books so much she knew many unfamiliar terms

ಇ. Whenever Felix had to stay in the company for a Korean lesson, Kala would stay with him until the end, and then they'd go home together

ಇ. Because of her extreme breakdown on Minho's elimination, Kala was more prepared for the next elimination, which happened to be Felix

ಇ. She cried of course, but rather than sad, she felt more guilty and angry

ಇ. Guilty because she should've worked harder to help Felix, she should've stayed up late with him for extra Korean lessons, she should've paid more attention when he struggled with his pronunciation, she should've learned from the first elimination that she could lost another member

ಇ. And she was angry, angry with herself because despite all of her efforts to help him, it wasn't enough to make Felix stay

ಇ. After Felix left, for a couple of days, Kala spent too much time zoning out. She lost focus on the practice, she barely ate, she hardly slept, and she couldn't stop thinking that they already lost two members

ಇ. Even Chan couldn't make her stop overthinking things

ಇ. That was until Kala bumped into Felix one day when he finished his Korean lesson. They talked a lot that afternoon till the sun went down

ಇ. From that, Kala slowly recovered and pulled herself together again

ಇ. When Minho and Felix came back, the first one she hugged was Felix. She hugged him while sniffling and saying how glad she was that he was back with them

「 ✦ FACTS ABOUT THEM ✦ 」

ಇ. Felix who's the sweetest person alive and Kala who's the kindest person on earth, together they become duo angels without wings
ಇ. The duo that can't bring themselves to be mean to others
ಇ. Immediately feel bad if they think they hurt someone's feelings when it's just them saying, "I'm sorry, I can't drink" for Kala and "I can't watch horror movies" for Felix
ಇ. If the zombie apocalypse really happens, they will definitely be the first to die. Not because of the poor survival skills, but more like, and I quote this from Hyunjin, "Are you hungry? Here, eat this" while offering their arms to the zombies

ಇ. These two are gaming buddies
ಇ. They play many games together; Mario Kart, Genshin Impact, Call of Duty, League of Legends, Counter-Strike, Among Us, etc.
ಇ. While Kala has been a pro gamer since middle school, Felix is that friend who needs to be carried throughout the game
ಇ. Fortunately, Kala has patience as wide as the ocean when she has to play in the same team as Felix
ಇ. Maybe some swearing words here and there, but she'll manage
ಇ. You will often catch them crammed up on the couch while playing Mario Kart in SKZ-Talker videos
ಇ. When they still lived in the same dorm, they both joined forces to buy PS5. Now it's in Kala's room because Felix said she needs it more for her 'Kala's PC Bang' live session than he does

ಇ. Felix and Kala love to try the most random things together
ಇ. One time they bought wood online and started sculpting in the living room
ಇ. They also have tried making stuff from clay and gave them to the members
ಇ. Or that time when Kala brought home a lot of wool yarn and asked Felix to knit bucket hats with her
ಇ. And they have a bracelet couple from their masterpiece of making bead bracelets for each other

ಇ. Although Kala is really good at cooking, she sucks at baking. She almost burned the whole kitchen once when she tried to make korean garlic bread
ಇ. Felix came to the rescue on time and saved both the garlic bread and the dorm from impending doom
ಇ. Since then, Felix never let her bake alone without him
ಇ. She just needs to ask if he wants to do some baking and he's already buying the ingredients
ಇ. Kala loves Felix's brownies so much she'd fight anyone who wants to take the last piece
ಇ. She literally can finish the whole food container box alone
ಇ. She said his brownies are a perfect birthday cake for her

ಇ. Besides gaming buddies, these two are also TikTok buddies
ಇ. They often make videos and do the dance challenges on TikTok together
ಇ. On many occasions, their clips somehow went viral
ಇ. Sometimes they spend too much time scrolling on TikTok that they know all the trends that are happening right now
ಇ. If you ask who's the member that knows these days trends the most, the answer will be Felix and Kala

ಇ. Same as Chan, Felix introduced Kala to his sisters when she came to Australia for the first time
ಇ. They are good friends, but she's not as close to them as she's close to Hannah
ಇ. Even so, Olivia and Rachel are just as sweet to her as their brother
ಇ. They treat her like a sister from another mother
ಇ. They never forget to send a gift on her birthday

ಇ. This duo hugs each other a lot
ಇ. They hug whenever they feel like it
ಇ. Mainly this happens because Felix loves hugs and Kala never rejects a hug, so it's a perfect symbiotic mutualism
ಇ. They can hug for more than 5 minutes in just one hug
ಇ. Felix likes to smell and snuggle his face in Kala's hair simply because he likes the scent of her shampoo
