I showered today and did a pretty good slit on my arm so I'm proud of myself. I stayed under 700cal until 9pm, but tomorrow I have work, so I will burn it all off. I spoke to Samuel today too. Also tomorrow is Charlie's birthday. I will stay up until Midnight.
