🌟AUTHOR’S POV🌟
Sara arrived at the hospital with Roshni, both walking briskly through the familiar corridors. Just as they turned a corner, they spotted Shruti rushing toward them like a whirlwind.
“What happened, Shruti? Why are you running around the hospital like a headless chicken?” Sara asked, raising a brow, making Roshni snort a laugh.
“Haha, very funny,” Shruti replied flatly, rolling her eyes.
“Seriously though, what’s wrong?” Roshni asked more sincerely.
“Our hospital is organizing a party,” Shruti blurted. “Rehan sir informed me. I was actually looking for you guys.”
Sara groaned dramatically. “Don’t tell me they’ve dumped the organizing work on me. I’m a doctor, not an event manager!”
Shruti gave her a deadpan look. “Done? Can I continue now?”
“Yes, yes. You have my permission, my child. Please, continue,” Sara said, mimicking a sage-like voice with folded hands.
“Let’s not block the hallway. Come to my cabin, we’ll talk there,” she added, leading them.
Once inside, Shruti got straight to the point. “So, remember how you mentioned looking for an apartment?”
Sara nodded.
“Well, I was talking to a friend about it on the phone and Rehan sir overheard. Later, he came to me and suggested a few apartments near his place. You could contact him if you’re interested.”
Sara looked at Roshni, who nodded in agreement. “Sounds good. We’ll check them out.”

Meanwhile, Arsalan arrived at the hospital after meeting Ishaan and Noorie. He was in an unusually cheerful mood—Noorie’s infectious energy and Asma’s homemade breakfast had both left him grinning. After so long, it felt good to have real, home-cooked food. He mentally rated it a full five stars.
As he reached his cabin, his assistant Asad greeted him with a clipboard in hand. “Sir, the HOD has been informed about the upcoming party. The memo has been circulated.”
“Good,” Arsalan replied, scanning the files. “Make sure all arrangements are handled professionally. Hire only the best event organizers. Everything should be perfect—we can’t afford even a single mistake. The board is already looking for flaws in my leadership.”
“Understood, sir. I’ll oversee everything personally. We’ll make sure everything runs flawlessly,” Asad assured.
“Good. Bring your wife along too. And ensure the invitations are distributed,” Arsalan added with a small smile.
Asad grinned. “Yes, sir. Will do.”

Back in Sara’s cabin, she turned to Roshni. “Ro, I need you to talk to Rehan sir about the apartment.”
Shruti frowned. “Why Roshni? You can talk to him too, can’t you?”
Roshni smirked while Sara forced a cough.
“Actually,” Sara said, avoiding their gaze, “I need to check a patient’s file urgently. Roshni will take care of it. And Shruti, don’t you have work to do?”
Shruti narrowed her eyes playfully. “Oh, I know the real reason too,” she said, winking as she exited.
Roshni turned to Sara with a teasing smile. “Busy today, aren’t we?”
