After their first meeting, they conducted the same one with the staff responsible for the security and surveillance team of the hospital.  "Hello, everyone. I appreciate you all for being present here on our insistence. As you all know, the hospital is going to be changed for the good, slowly we want it to be the top position again as it was before. But whenever there is something good, there are going to be some demerits, too. Or negative sides if you say. As you all are responsible for security and surveillance of the hospital, I want you all to be alerted 100 times more. The security should be upgraded. Even at the back entrance of the hospital, there should be full proof security." Said Arsalan this time addressing them.

"And I want more cameras to be fixed at the blind spots, parkings, and ever corner of the hospital which aren't visible in the cameras. Except for the washrooms and OT, there shouldn't be a spot bare of the camera. I would like to meet the security head and the surveillance head in my cabin after the meeting. I hope you all don't have any problems. If you have any queries, please feel free to ask. And if you need to contact me directly, you can contact me through my P.A. You all can leave. Have a good day." Said Arsalan as they all left. "Did you tell Mr.Siddique about the board meeting that'll be commencing?" said Sara, asking him. "Yes, I had. He informed me that he'll reach the hospital at the correct time." Said Arsalan looking at her."What about Rajeev Uncle?" Asled Sara. "I've informed him, too, along with Samrat Uncle. We will be needing him, too." Said Arsalan to which she just nodded in understanding.

As they were talking, Arsalan's phone ranged, and he looked at the caller Id with Saransh displayed on it. "It's Saransh." Said Arsalan. "Put it on speaker," said Sara. He received the call, putting it on speaker, "Hello. Yes, Saransh." Said Arsalan. "Arsal, where is the doll? I'm trying her phone for so long, but she isn't receiving it, " said Saransh from the other side. "I'm here, only Anshu. My phone is in my bag in Bunny's cabin." Said Sara. "Okay. I received your message in which you told me to call you as soon as I'm free. What happened?" Said Saransh."Yes, it is. I want you to increase the security of the girls along with the boys. Tell your officers to stay alert as well, as now we have directly come under their radar by disclosing ourselves. I'm sure they're planning something and will implement it soon." Said Sara. "Okay, Doll. As you say, I'll inform my officers to stay alert." Said Saransh. "And don't let the girls know that you have planted your officers disguised in their respective workplace." Said Sara. "Yesh, I know. Asma & Noorie are scary along with Roshni. And about Aira. I've already informed her." Said Saransh. "Progressive Saransh, my boy. You're putting your training in use. And why will you not? You're trained from the best." Said Arsalan amused as soon as he heard his last sentence. "Shut up, you idiot! I know how to be a perfect partner, and I don't need your training. Have you seen a coach play the game himself? He already knows everything. Hence, he doesn't need to play." Said Saransh smugly.

Sara was just listening at their banter amused. "Are you two done bickering?" Said Sara. "No," said Arsalan, earning a look of disbelief from Sara, making her raise her eyebrows at him. "I meant no, we aren't bickering at all. Are we Saransh?" Said Arsalan gulping. "Yes, bro. We aren't. We two are brother like best friends." Said Saransh from the other side. She just shook her head at them. "Doll, isn't it Noorie's birthday this week?" Asked Saransh. "Yes, it is. I totally forgot in these chaos. We'll have to do something?" Said Arsalan looking at them. "Let us arrange a small surprise for her." Said Saransh suggesting. "No, that's very common. Let's do something different." Said Sara. "So, what should we do?" Said Arsalan. "We'll hatch a plan together as we have to include Ithe girls and boys, too, except Noorie. As it can't be discussed in front of her." Said Sara informing her. "Okay, so done. We'll have to come up with a plan. And I'll text the boys about it to suggest something, and Doll, you'll m tell the girls, whichever plan we'll like the most that will be taken into consideration." Said Saransh, making them reply in agreement before hanging up the call.
