"Kaveh, I made you coffee." Alhaitam said as he handed a cup of coffee to Kaveh, who was sketching some designs messily at his desk. He had huge eyebags and his hair was very messy, Alhaitam didn't even know when he last showered. Alhaitam noticed some broken pencils next to the paper, he guessed that Kaveh broke them out of frustration. Kaveh hadn't said anything since the other brought his coffee so Alhaitam guessed he was too focused on what he was working on and he decided to leave him alone.
The next day Alhaitam walked in Kaveh's room and saw him asleep on his desk, drooling on the paper. He sighed, and lifted Kaveh's head to clean up the drool. He picked him up and brought him to his bed and laid him down. He ran his fingers through his hair and realized it was filthy, full of knots and a couple of leaves in it. He plucked out all the leaves and undid his ponytail. He sat down on the bed and raised Kaveh up and let him lean on his chest. Alhaitham grabbed a nearby hairbrush and started brushing his hair. It got caught a lot of times and each time Kaveh let out a groan. Alhaitham thought he had awakened. He called out his name yet the other didn't respond, so that got debunked quickly.
He continued brushing and got rid of all the knots, but he couldnt let him stay like this. He had pencil smudges everywhere, on his clothes, his hands, his face and his hair somehow. Alhaitham thought about it for a while, and decided that it was best to bathe him. Alhatham started taking of Kaveh's clothes and hesitated when all was left were his pants and shirt. He couldn't just undress his roommate while he was asleep, but he knew that if he woke Kaveh up and told him to go take a shower, Kaveh would deny it till the end of time. He sighed, and decided to shake Kaveh until he was awake.
"Huh, what..?" Kaveh said quietly while rubbing his eyes. "Come on get up, you're taking a shower." "No... I dont wanna.." Kaveh said as he turned to face Alhaitham and placed his hands on and buried his face in his chest, still not realizing it was him. "Ugh, you... Let go of me and go shower" "No"
Sigh, Alhaitham had no choice. He surely didn't want flies in his house so he pushed Kaveh off of him and picked him up, carrying him to the bathroom. "Put me down! Just let me sleep I'll do it later!" "We both know you won't, you will just go back to sketching those designs and working yourself to death." Kaveh rolled his eyes and lightly punched Alhaitham's chest. "Can you take a shower alone or do I have to help you?" "I can do it myself! I'm not that pathetic.." "Alright well," Alhaitham set Kaveh down. "If you do need any help, call me" "Yeah, yeah whatever just get out." Kaveh said annoyed as he took his shirt off. Alhaitham nodded and left the bathroom and sat down on the couch nearby, reading a book that has been collecting dust for a while.
15 minutes have passed and Kaveh was still showering. Alhaitham had moved on to another book that was about some ancient ruins. Suddenly, he heard a thud coming from the bathroom and he immediately ran inside. He looked in the shower and saw Kaveh on the floor, sound asleep with shampoo still in his hair. "You have got to be kidding me." Alhaitham said while pinching the bridge of his nose. Now he had to help Kaveh out and he wasn't particularly happy about that. He took off all his clothes and threw them in a basket. He stepped into the shower and picked Kaveh up.
