𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗴!
I checked my phone as I got off my bed.
...
K: hello everyone.
Amia: Heyy 👋
You: hello .
Enanan: hi everyone!
K: want to meet up in the sekai?
You: sure.
.
.
.
I closed my phone as I went to the sekai to meet everyone.
"Hi Kanade, Mizuki and Ena," I yawned. I didn't get any sleep due to my insomnia.
"Hey guys!" Mizuki exclaimed as they ran up to Kanade and I.
"How's it going?" Ena asked us even though it was probably directed to me.
Oblivious to my thoughts, Mafuyu suddenly appeared behind me.
"Hello." She said in a monotone voice.
"Yuki," Kanade said relaxed. I found it admiring how Kanade composed such beautiful music.
"By the way, I've been doing alright," I stared at Ena and Mizuki arguing again.
I let out a sigh as I showed Kanade some inspiration for her music.
She looked so enchanting.
Wait, what am I thinking.
I snapped out of my thoughts as Mafuyu stood in front of me.

"Guys, I have to go now," said Mafuyu with a tinge of sadness in her voice.
"Alright, see ya!" exclaimed Mizuki.
After everyone had left, I walked up to Kanade.
"Hey.. Kanade?" I whispered.
"Yes?" she replied.
"I found other flavors of cup noodles in my house, you can come visit if you'd like."
"I will, thank you."
I went downstairs to get a snack after we both left. Every time i talked to her I felt weird. I didn't know what it was, so I pushed those thoughts away before curiosity got the better of me.
A few minutes later, there was a knock on the door.
"Hello," I was greeted by Kanade as I opened the door.
"Ah, hello." I greeted back. We walked into the kitchen as I opened the shelf for the other flavors.
"The clouds are turning grey." Kanade sighed.
"Ah by the way, here's the umbrella I borrowed," she added.
"Thanks," I said while bringing the noodles to the table.
"It's a little hot, I added some cold water so it should be alright." I said. The silence was awkward but comforting.
𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗽*
It had started raining before we knew it. Plus, it didn't seem like it would stop for a while.
"You can stay inside for the night if it doesn't stop," I offered.
"Alright, thanks." She replied .
It got dark pretty soon. Kanade and I were having a conversation on music.
"You can stay in my bedroom," I said stifling a yawn.
"We can share the bed on one side," she suggested.
"Ah- no it's fine, I won't be able to sleep anyway...
"I don't mind," she looked at the ceiling.
"Well okay, I guess." I mumbled awkwardly. What was this feeling, why was my heart beating so quickly all of a sudden?
I brought Kanade to my room when we finished eating.
"The rain is calming, isn't it?" I closed my eyes.
"It really is." Kanade smiled.
As she laid on the bed, I quietly laid down on the opposite side of the bed.
"Goodnight, Kanade," I whispered.
"Mm.." She mumbled.
Once she was asleep, I slowly wrapped my hands around her.
I felt comfortable. Slowly but surely, I went into a deep slumber.
