I worriedly rushed to the young yellow haired girl surrounded by a doctor and a group of nurses. Quickly, I asked the other nurses what had apparently happened to her. She seemed to be passed out from a quick first glance. I talked with the other nurses to try and find out what had happened to this poor child, confused and anxious. They said it was likely either anemia, or something like it, noting down how the child looked tired and was also passed out, according to her brother.

I hurriedly brought the passed out child to a room, carefully placing her on a hospital bed.

"Ah, make sure to be careful, Saki." I reminded her as she nodded happily at my reminder. It's been a few days — well, actually around a week. She seems to have already gotten better and more used to me at the same time. I watched over her for the majority of the time she stayed here, so it's obvious that I would've been the closest nurse to her. She even told me to use a first-name basis for each other.

Her optimistic brother seems to visit us a lot too. Despite being inappropriately loud in an environment like a hospital, his energy seems to be quite contagious, trying his best to make his sister laugh every time. What an amazing and inspirational brother.

Saki mentioned that he can play the piano too— Ah, I forgot to mention, the young blond boy's name is Tsukasa. He can play 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' on the piano. Saki keeps mentioning how she really likes that song, which is probably why Tsukasa decided to learn how to play it on the piano.

Moving on, Saki was currently happily hanging out with her brother while I watched them intently in the corner. I couldn't help but smile a bit at their enthusiasm. The joys of youth...

"Hey! You should come and join us too!" Saki flashed me a smile, one almost too big for her face. Seeing as I literally couldn't deny an offer with both of their kind smiles, I walked up to both of them and crouched down to their level.

"What are you two up to?" I asked, curious as I watched them laugh while interacting with each other.

"Tsukasa keeps doing these poses!" She giggled, and as if on cue, Tsukasa did one of his silly poses in front of me.

"Ah, what a fleeting pose," I commented, lightly patting him on the head. "How did you come up with it?"

"Hm... It just randomly popped out of my head, I guess." He laughed, the girl beside him laughing as well.

"When you grow up, both of you will definitely be amazing people," Tsukasa's eyes lit up as they seemed to twinkle, the sunlight leaking through the white curtains.

The dawn breaks, along with the silent atmosphere of the hospital rooms. There was always a short moment where the hospital was unusually quiet, before another patient entered the room.

I opened the door to Saki's room, crouching down next to the window. A few more weeks have passed and Saki's condition has noticeably been getting better compared to her first visit. Her brother's mood seemed to have greatly improved too because of his sisters' current condition. My footsteps seemed to have accidentally woke Saki up, turning her head around and yawning. Her parents had visited her at least once every week.

I quickly noted down how much Saki liked — no, loved tying her wavy hair up into pigtails every single day. It suited her appearance too, both Tsukasa and I agreed. Nobody seems to be saying anything or complaining about me staying with a patient everyday for a few hours. I guess I am quite lucky to be spending my time as a nurse with an energetic pair of siblings.

Hours passed, and Tsukasa arrived with his parents. Today, both of them looked like they were role-playing. Tsukasa was the customer whilst Saki was a chef...? I was watching from the corner, like always. They both seem to be having lots of fun, despite being in a hospital room.

I couldn't help but stare at them, admiring their cheerfulness, nightfall slowly approaching.

"Saki-chan!" Honami called out as her eyes fluttered open, noticing everyone's worried gazes.

"We were having a discussion about our new song, when suddenly you passed out...!" Ichika sweatdropped, sighing in relief. Saki looked confused at first, but she quickly started smiling again, very happily despite the situation right now. She had a dream of her favourite nurse after all — how could she not be grateful and happy?

"I'm fine guys, don't worry about me!" Saki exclaimed, earning another sigh from the grey haired girl, Shiho.

"At least she's okay, " everyone except Saki thought silently, relieved that she woke up. After all, she was their close friend that they couldn't afford or bear to lose

"Let's meet up with Miku now!" Saki, still looking happy about her dream about a memory of a certain nurse, continued to talk about the plan for the band's new song, eventually teleporting into the SEKAI.
