A A R O H I

We turned towards the source of the noise and saw a man- which I am damn sure is Abhay's cousin- looking towards us with his eyes wide and mouth open.

If he opened his eyes more, his eyeballs may fall out of the sockets.

"Bhai..", He opened and closed his mouth like a fish out of water.

"What are you doing here?", Abhay asked with an irritated voice.

"Badima sent me here to get these", he said, pointing towards the boxes which lay near his feet which I assume fell from his hand when he saw us.

"What did you see?", I asked, leaning against the self behind me.

"Uh.. umm you both were... you know", He said stammering. His ears and cheeks are turning a light shade of red.

Is this situation that embarrassing?

It is.

Maybe we both are just shameless. None of us is embarrassed. Or maybe we are, just a little bit.

He is sweating too. I don't think it's that hot here. I looked towards Abhay and found the reason this poor soul is sweating.

"Stop glaring at him", I punched his arm and stood in between him and Adarsh so that they were both out of each other's sight.

I looked back at Adarsh and he was shocked? Again.

His eyes moved from me to his brother and then again to me. Oh! I get why.

Don't be so shocked buddy. Aarohi Agarwal is a daring person.

"You want to ask something?" I asked him. He must have a lot of questions in his mind.

He is hesitating to ask and I know why. I turned towards Abhay and signalled him to ask.

Abhay looked at me and raised his eyebrow and then sighed when I didn't bulge. 

"Fine, ask what you want".

"So you both are like.... together?", He asked with an uncertain voice. 

“Yeah, she's my girlfriend.”

“Does anyone else know about you both?”Adarsh asked.

“Except you and Reyansh, no one else”.

“Ohk”, Adarsh said and there was silence for a while which was now broken by me.

“That's it you don't want to ask anything else?”, I asked, frowning.

Doesn't he have any other questions like for how long we have been dating or something?

“No”, he answered tilting his head to a side to look at me.

Not a nosy cousin. I see.

I nodded my head.

“Now about what you saw”, Abhay come forward and seeing this Adarsh quickly said, “I didn't saw anything”

“Good now if anyone asks what took you so long, you will say…”, Abhay said casually like he isn't threatening his brother.

“I wasn't able to find the boxes”, Adarsh replied.

“Good, go now.”

Adarsh quickly picked up the boxes and left.

“Why did you scare him?”, I asked.

“I didn't scare him.” 

“Yeah I saw that”, I replied sarcastically.
