And just like that, it was over. The intense aura was gone.

"I'm okay, it's just a dizzy spell," another lie.

"Its nothing serious, they happen from time to time," just keep ok lying.

"Okay, seemed like you were about to pass out for a sec though," he says as he reaches for a waffle.

"This is really good," he says with his mouth full.

"I'm glad you like them," I smile.

After eating, he offers to wash the dishes, I told him I would instead.
He went to change and then went to the basement, I had a feeling he was going to work on the case, it must be really serious.

I washed the dishes and went to the basement aswell. He seemed to be writing something in what seemed to be a journal.

"What are you writing?" I ask. "Just some notes on the case, I'll tell you about it in a bit," he says.

"Later, I'll take you to get some clothes, we will start working on the case tomorrow, you need to rest today, the past few days probably took a toll on you," he continues.

"I appreciate it, " I did need the time to patch up my story and figure out this whole story, this case. How am I connected it, I needed to reflect?

"I'm going back to sleep," I head back up to my room.

Why did that figure come to me? Am I living the cycle mentioned in Hae-in's diary. And what did they mean I commited suicide? Too much is going on right now. Maybe the diary has some answers.

Jan 15:

I had the same dream yesterday, when i think back, i commited suicide that might be the grave sin this entity is on about. But why is that a sin? Scratch that i need to find a way to redeem myself, I'm in suspense wondering what kind of grueling death awaits me, or maybe I have just turned insane.

I was given a week's rest from my job. And yesterday Min-ho visited me to give me a briefing on the case we were to work on The Busan Bombings. 300 thousand people were killed in the bombings of three areas and at the centre of the first was an orphanage, second was a Chaebol's law firm and the third a bank.

Perhaps what the people responsible wanted was havoc since at an eye's view these three buildings didn't interconnect.

My parents, mom in particular called me to urge me to go on a date with Min-ho, considering we are meant to get married in three months, I honestly wasn't against it but he did say we are strictly platonic and I'm respecting his boundaries.

So the incidents occurred in 2000, hopefully she put more details about the case in her diary, that'll be really helpful. I see what she'd like in him. He is highkey a beautiful man.
