when i feel sad
there's this lump i cant swallow
the size of a lemon
the feeling is just as sour
theres this ache i cant seem to shake off
its like my heart decided
it didnt like me anymore too
there's this tension
as if water rushed through my veins
draining me of life
there's this tilted head upward
to keep them from leaking
raindrops from the eyes
theres this pain on my lip from biting too hard
desperation for a discomfort
other than the one in my heart.
is your sadness like this too?
