I don't know how to love ( prodigy and roc royal love story )

Summer POV- I wake up to the sound of my dead beat father charging in my room with a frying pan . As aware I get up and go in my bathroom where I prepare for my good morning beat down. My mom is at work she leaves every morning at 5:30 and my father comes in at 6:45 to beat me. I'm used to it . Let me tell you a little about my life while my dad beats me. 

My name is summer grey, I live with my mom and dad , I have no siblings that I know of, ever since I turned the age of 4 my dad has raped and beaten me every damn day. We're not poor but were not rich, I have swag but apparently not enough swag for the kids at school cause I get bullied a lot , my mom doesn't know about what my father does but I can tell she is a little sketchy about him. That's my life ,when my dad finishes raping me n bruising me he says " go take a shower you have exactly 45 minutes to be ready and out that front door " he leaves. I get up and take a 15 minute shower and get dressed in : black jeggings, a crop top, my nerd glasses and my black supras ,I add some make up and accessories , I then leave the house and go on my way to school .

When I get to school I walk over to my locker and grab some textbooks and then walk over to my best friend Mimi standing by her locker. Guess what she also gets bullied.  

Me: hey Mimi  

Mimi: hey how you doing today , I see your dad gave you a new makeover  

* did I mention that Mimi has somewhat the same life as me, well yea she does her dad abuses and rapes her, her mom knows about it but don't give a fuck . So we help each other when in need *  

Me: yea.. Ur dad gave u a break I see  

Mimi: yea finally ,he did not wake up and I hope he don't  

Me: yea I wish my dad would just leave my family ...but unfortunately he pays most bills so I have no choice  

Mimi: we need jobs so we can runaway together and find a house to share  

Me: wait Mimi that's not a bad idea since both our curfews are at 7:00 and we get out of school at 2:20 everyday we can get a job save up money and runaway together...what do u say  

Mimi: let's do it (bell rings) well let's get to class before we're late  

We head to class and take our seats , then Stacy and her crew walked in  

Stacy: look what the cat dragged in girls  

Me and Mimi roll our eyes and continue to ignore her  

Stacy: (slaps both of us) hello little money making sluts how y'all doing today  

Mimi: we were doing fine until u and your "posey" walked in  

Stacy: Mimi ...mimi...Mimi...you going to always get into trouble with that mouth of yours ( slaps Mimi and turns to me ) how you doing summer  

Me: ( ignores her )  

Stacy : well *gco*  

The teacher walked in and the girls sat in their seat  

Mimi: saved by the man  

Me: I know  

Mimi: ( whispers ) have u seen the new kid and his brother they are all that and a bag of chips

Me: ( whispers back ) no but I'll look around for them  

For the rest of our class we stayed quiet and payed attention to the teacher
