I walked as fast as I could back to mine and Lia's room. Scanning my card for the 5th time as for some reason the door decided now to be difficult I finally pushed open the door. Lia stood in a tracksuit drying her hair with a towel.
"Hey Bla- whats happened"
"Yo-you were ri-right" I stammered choking on my breath
She quickly dropped her towel on the ground and walked over to me placing one hand on my back and arm.
"Come on lets sit down alright" she spoke trying to calm me down
She slowly led me to her bed where she sat me down.
"Tell me what happened" she spoke in a calm, even voice.
I took a deep breath, attempting to regain my words.
"I walked in on the-them kissing" I stumbled a fresh tear dripping down my already soaked cheek.
"I'm so sorry Blake" she said embracing me into a tight hug.
"I told her I loved her" I said looking down into my lap
"She didn't say it back" I continued looking up at her
"Oh Blake it's going to be alright" she said rubbing my leg
"I don't know Lia"
"What do you mean"
"I can't be around her or Caitlin"
"Just ignore them for the rest of the trip yeah we only have to see them tomorrow and then we go home and we will see how it goes from there yeah?"
"Lia"
"Yeah"
"Caitlin said she loves Katie"
"Hey don't worry about that yeah you've just gotta focus on the game tomorrow"
