Chapter 11-Switched

"Choso, get your gas mask on. There are people in the barrels." Yuji's tone was serious and honestly quite terrifying for Gojo. He had no idea what to do. Two of his teammates were quite literally dying, and one had zero cursed energy. This was all gonna go to shit.

The door to the car opened, and wind sounded throughout the metal box. The sound of deep breaths through gas masks rang around the room.

"At least three of these have people in them. I can make out the shape, of their cursed energy."

Choso nodded, "Some of them must be curses, I hear the coughing."

Yuji nodded and pointed to the one Yuta was hacking in. Chose walked forward, his gas mask sounding eerily through the car.

Yuji approached the one Gojo was in, and turned to Choso.

They nodded in unison and both stared down at their respective barrels.

As soon as they looked back at their barrels, Yuta's barrel exploded into a sea of blood and several thousand vials of cursed energy. Yuta rolled out, and onto the floor, practically dead.

"Yuji!"

Yuji looked behind him and he walked up to Yuta, and leaned in close.

"It's for sure him. I recognize the traces of cursed energy." Yuji trekked back over to Gojo's barrel and nodded Choso over. Choso walked over and attempted to use his blood manipulation to pierce the barrel but was met with resistance.

"It's infinity." Yuji spoke up, "We got a consumer."

Yuji backed up and cracked his neck before charging forward at full speed and roundhouse kicking the barrel into the wall. The very same vials rolled to the ground, and Gojo hit the wall and fell out.

He quickly attempted to hide behind the tens of hundreds of barrels in the car, but Yuji already caught sight of him. Yuji looked at him in shock.

The space was small and full of very explosive and unstable radioactive cursed energy, that with one wrong move would blow. He had no other choice but to try and reason.

He slowly got to his feet, with both his hands raised. 

Choso's eyes widened to the same extent as Yuji's.

This was where Gojo got a good look at the two men.

Yuji was tall and much larger, with broader shoulders and a more structured face. His left eye was bloodshot, awkward, and complete with a brilliant blue iris identical to Gojo's own six eyes. He had an exclamation point tattoo next to his right eye, with a radioactive symbol tattoo under his left. A large gas mask covered the majority of his jaw, but two tattoos on the far right side of his jaw was visible. They read "Edo" and "Heian."

Right under his head, on his neck was a similar tattoo/symbol to Toge's and Sukuna's. "Mei Day: Sukuna."

Under that was another tattoo with the word "Consumer" boxed in. Next to that the word "ADVANCED" was tattoo vertically on the left side of his neck.

Choso had all these same exact tattoos, except his Mei Day label read "Mei Day: Blood."

Gojo smiled softly at Yuji specifically, "Yuji-kun..."

Choso looked at his brother, and Yuji's brow furrowed. "How much time do we have until time?"

Choso quickly answered Yuji's question, "10 minutes."

"I think we got time."

"I think so too."

"Yuji-kun, it's me!" Gojo smiled.

Choso heard the coughs of Hana and quickly kicked her barrel over, causing the vials to spill out along with the young girl.

Choso quickly spotted Maki who was trying to help Yuta wake up.

Gojo quickly realized what was happening. They weren't friends. They were foes--foes intent on the death penalty for this small group of freedom fighters.

Yuji charged forward, kicking Gojo, along with his infinity through the thin wall of the train car. Gojo twisted onto the top of the car with the wind rushing into his face. Yuji was pulled up with him, and he quickly began engaging Gojo in close combat.

"I thought you hated Sukuna!" Gojo shouted.

Yuji grunted, "Sukuna can follow through on things, you can't!" Yuji landed a black flash right in Gojo's abdomen. Gojo grunted and flipped back to try and absorb it, but felt the lingering pain.

Yuji let his gas mask drop, and grabbed Gojo's head in between his calves. He twisted, doing a back handspring, and causing Gojo to fall flat on his back.

Gojo stood back and coughed up some blood. "I'm a little bit rusty if you can't tell."

"Rusty and full of bull." Yuji charged forward, and just as Gojo braced for impact, Yuji slid under his spread legs, and Gojo felt a spray of blood straight down his back.

Gojo turned on his infinity just before it hit anything fatal, but he looked behind himself and noticed Yuji was using Choso's blood technique.

Suddenly, Choso pummeled through the roof with Maki in tow.

Choso seemed to be fighting like Yuji, and Yuji like Choso.

Yuji flipped over Gojo, using his infinity as a foothold, and swapped places with Choso, and started engaging with Maki while Choso engaged with Gojo.

Maki managed to manipulate the course of the fight so her and Gojo were fight back to back.

"It's his soul-swap technique!" She managed to land a hit, but Yuji dodged, causing her to get her hand stuck in Gojo's infinity. Gojo turned his infinity off to allow her to escape, and found his face being pummeled in between Choso and Yuji's fists.

Choso, with his blood technique returned, swiped through the two sorcerers, and began shouting to Yuji.

"ONE MINUTE!"

Yuji nodded and pushed Gojo into Maki, who, due to her starving frame, fell down. Gojo landed on top of her.

"CHOSO, TIE 'EM DOWN!"

Choso quickly restrained the two with ropes of blood.

"T-MINUS NINE SECONDS!"

"GET DOWN!"

Both Yuji and Choso slipped in between the cars.

As the train ran, a thick and dark veil approached.

The dense and immense cursed energy flowed around Maki and Gojo as they stayed still, trying to avoid the actual veil, and stay as close to the train as to stay in the opened section of the veil.

As veil passed, Gojo realized how strong the ropes of blood were, and couldn't escape.

He resorted to the one thing he could think of.

"DOMAIN EXPANSION! INFINITE VOID!" The domain spread out around the roof, encircling Choso and Yuji, as well as Maki, Angel, and Yuta.

With the presence of the domain, Yuta and Angel slowly began to become conscious. Maki pulled Yuta and Angel to touch Gojo's ankles so they wouldn't be affected by the domain.

Choso stood incapacitated, but Yuji was barely holding on.

Yuji focused all his energy in his mind and managed to force himself into a stable stance, with his legs spread, and arms flexed at his side.

"DOMAIN EXPANSION!"

Maki stared up at Gojo in shock as Gojo's eyes widened, "No fucking way..."

"DEADLY SENTENCING!"
