Sakumo and Kayomi filled up all the paperwork for the adoption. Now Sakura was legally Ito Sakura

Now Sakura is sitting in their car with Kayomi asking her a thousand questions about kakashi. Which she didn't mind to be honest. She loved talking about Kakashi

"And then he left me to pay the bill for the ramen. I was so mad the next time I saw him, I punched him through a wall"

Kayomi looked super embarrassed and horrified at how her son seems like he was a freeloader in his previous life. Like who makes their students pay for their meal?

"I apologize for my son's actions, blossom-chan! Good God, Sakumo! How did my son turn out to be a freeloader?"

Kayomi said

Sakumo just sweat dropped and awkwardly smiled

"I think it was because of jiraiya-sama. He always used to read jiraiya-sensei's icha icha paradise. Can you believe it!? He even used to read it In front of us when we were literal 12 year olds. In broad daylight, he would read that abomination "

Kayomi looked petrified while Sakumo and Sakura just laughed it off

"Nee, Ito-san, how did you know about me? Kaka-sensei told us you passed away a long time before we met."

They looked at each other, Sakumo was driving the car. While Kayomi was on the seat beside him. Sakura was sitting down on the back

"Sakura-chan.... Kakashi is alive here with us. Even in this life, he was born as my son "

Sakura's eyes lit up, a beaming beautiful smile came to her lips. Her eyes became teary. She quickly asked in a hopeful voice

"Kaka-sensei is here? Can I meet him? Does he talk about me or Naruto or Sasuke? "

"Calm down, little blossom. Yes he's here. You will meet him in a few days. Probably a day or two. And of course he tells us about you."

Kayomi said in a comforting voice

Sakura looked down, she was just so excited

"Don't mind me asking, Sakura-chan. How did you pass away? Kakashi said his students were alive when he died "

Sakura was quiet for a moment before chuckling

"I died.... Like 2 hours after kakashi sensei did. I was killed by a black Zetsu... He tried one last time to try to save their evil plan"

Sakura said, her voice was distant. Looking out the car

Her two companions looked horrified. They knew what happened in the Shinobi war. Who this Zetsu was but still didn't understand her word person

"What do you mean by the last try?"

Sakumo asked

Kayomi shook her head. Telling him to stop. Her gut feeling was telling her it was not gonna be an answer they would like

Sakura just smiled, looking at Sakumo

"Naruto was in love with me... At least he thought he was. I believe Sasuke was too, although he never said it out loud. So when kaguya was sealed and their plans failed miserably, that Zetsu thought it would be a good idea to kill me "

Kayomi was pale as a ghost. Her hand on her mouth as she couldn't believe it. Sakumo also looked visibly disturbed

Sakura looked away from them outside the window. The dark quiet streets

"That thing wanted to break Naruto and Sasuke... That's why he killed me. But that backfired rapidly because both of them lost their minds and killed that thing on the spot.. in front of my eyes"

Sakura said

"I am so sorry, baby blossom. That you had to go through that"

Sakura shook her head

"I really don't mind. The only regret I have is I couldn't see my friends grow up and couldn't say goodbye to my parents. But other than that, I don't think I have any regrets. Maybe not being able to save kaka-sensei is one regret but I wasn't there with them when he passed away"

Sakura was now talking by herself, absentmindedly. Making her new parents a little concerned about her

"They tried everything to heal me. Healers, doctors on the battlefield, everything. One of my friends even went as far as trying to seal a tailed beast in me so I could heal and survive. But that thing stabbed me with a thing that made the chakra not work on my body at all"

Sakura said, remembering how Gaara did that

"I.... Understand. I am extremely sorry, Sakura-chan. But Kakashi talked so highly about you. I really look forward to getting to know you better "

Kayomi said, excitedly

She was also trying to avoid all these death matters

Sakura hummed

"I do too. You're my sensei's mom. I also look forward to knowing you"

Sakura looked a little confused when Kayomi pouted

"Ne,ne Sakura-chan, I am your mom too. I adopted you as my daughter. Remember? So you're gonna call me mom.... You will, Right?"

She asked, her voice hopeful

Sakura chuckled, nodding her head

"Sure... Mis- sorry mom"

Kayomi squealed

"Yes! I finally got myself a daughter! And you look so much like me! I will never even tell anyone your adopted. Anyone will believe I am your mom"

She said pridefully, making Sakura and Sakumo sweat drop

Sakumo gave Sakura a look that looked like he was saying sorry. Sakura dismissed it though by shaking her head. Her way of saying it's okay

"But I need to tell you two something."

They gave their attention to Sakura, who looked a little scared

"Well, I am a jinjuriki... And the vessel of the one tailed beast. The ichibi"

Sakumo promptly hit the brakes. Before looking at her with disbelief

"I am so glad the road is empty"

Sakura thought to herself with a poker face

"What?! But Kakashi said, Naruto, Minato's son was the only jinjuriki student he had"

Sakura nodded in agreement

"Yes, but I guess when I died they tried to seal a tailed beast in me, that's how. I am not sure though "

Although Sakumo nodded he had to ask something

"Sakura-chan, can you control it?"

Sakura smiled and nodded her head

"Yeah. He's good. He knows about me, Gaara and Naruto. He doesn't talk much but we do have kinda a good relationship. Not like he had with Gaara but we can bear each other. He even lends me his powers "

She said

Then to show them, Sakura raised her hands and swiftly a cast of sand motioned in her little palm. She flickered her fingers towards Kayomi, the sand created a pretty necklace on her neck

Sakumo and Kayomi looked at the necklace in awe. Especially Kayomi

"Wahhhh! It's so pretty "

She said in awe

Sakura just laughed

"You can keep it. My first present for you as a daughter"

Kayomi almost looked like she would cry. Sakumo just gave her a grateful smile

"Now, let's Get going"
