Elliott watched Zero walk into the room.
The soldats behind him didn't enter, and just walked off once he crossed the threshold.
He was in his standard outfit, the same one he had fought Desmond in.
"So...gonna assume you've got something important?" He asked, taking note of the four men in front of him.
Elliott, of course, a man in completely black armor, with a fancy reflective visor over his face. A man in pure white Solarian combat armor, and then a man in scout armor. All awaited him.
"...Kinda." Elliott answered, as Lightning came in.
She had been given clothes, a purple shirt. A light, short-cut black jacket, a black skirt, and stockings.
"Hey honey!" She said excitedly, pouncing on Zero and wrapping her arms around him.
"Hey!!!" He answered with a large smile, leaning back and kissing her.
"Heyo love birds." Price joked on his way in, hands in the pocket of his green hoodie.
And, finally, Matthias came in last. His mask covering his face...
"Alright! Welcome all of you." Elliott began.
"The council has decided that you all will be temporarily released from custody...in a few days, you will be given an assignment- once that is complete, you all will be completely free to go."
The group of four had a quick and quiet celebration, before Elliott got their attention again.
"In the meantime, you all have hotel rooms rented for you. And We will be all together whenever you go out."
"The goal of this time is to help three of you get adjusted to Ryoiki, and for Zero to become-readjusted." Elliott finished.
"Sounds good to me!" Price commented.
With a smile, Elliott led the group out of the precinct, and loaded up into police vans.
Elliott, Desmond, Zero, and Lightning in one.
Ronin, Echo, Price, and Matthias in the other.
They began their drive to the hotel.
Ferdinand took a gentle sip from his tea...
He looked down upon the papers on his desk, files needing his signature for the upgrading of Adronus's road systems...which was a priority.
The quiet chirps of birds surrounded him, he was sitting in a little gazebo in his garden...the place where he worked the best.
However, a set of steps walking towards him caught his attention.
Henry was there, a smile on his old face, his faded yellow skin shining in the sunlight.
"So...about this meeting?" He asked, standing at the desk of his fellow councilmen.
"Yes yes. There will be no harm done to you...hopefully, with this, we can kill two birds in one throw." Replied Ferdinand, leaning back in his chair.
"Assassination of the outsiders, and taking care of Deq?"
"Yes."
Henry smiled.
"And if it fails?" He asked.
"It won't." Ferdinand assured.
Matthias carefully held the model of the female mage...
"Glad to see this place has similar entertainment." He commented.
"You got anime in your world?" Echo asked, looking over from the wall of other models.
