Christian
After seeing the penthouse damages I asked Elliott to check on how badly it was damaged in the shootout. He came back with some damage that would require replacing most of the electrical work. Bullets struck main circuitry in the place and it included the security and internet wiring. I could sell it as is and take a loss or sell it after the work is completed. He has to open up all the areas where bullets went through to fully assess how much damage was done, meanwhile the penthouse is under armed guard to assure no one gets into it. We have decided to sell it and are moving everything a little at a time. There are things in my penthouse that need special handling. Elliott has been after me to build on the land that the Lincoln house was torn down. It has been sitting there waiting to have a home built on it. The investigators found everything they could have, I have had people go back and look at it further to ensure no other bodies or bones are there. So now it is ready to build on and Elliott can't wait to lead the project after he has crews come in to the penthouse. He has Carl working on the designs for the structures  on the Lincoln property. Elliott won the bids on the other Lincoln properties. I only wanted the Lincoln house to tear it down.

Anastasia
I really hadn't seen the penthouse before and now I don't want to see it at all. Christian told me he had bought the Lincoln house and land and had it all torn down and the construction teams found remains on the property and the investigators have just released it. He wants to build a bigger better home on the property along with homes for staff members. Jason and Gail will have a home with a separate gate entrance. I am a bit worried about the home, but Christian said he had the place blessed because Elliott had crew members who insisted upon it. He told me that if we didn't build on sites that people were killed or died on nothing would have ever gotten built. Dad said the same thing to me. The penthouse was sold and Christian made a nice profit and bought a penthouse in the building next to the GEH tower. It was just starting construction and he got a great price for it. It didn't take long to fill up the other apartments after he bought ours. Everything was built to be safe for children and we had everything high tech including security. Gail and Jason had their own apartment that connected by stairs and a private elevator. It was the floor below and the other staff members had the floor after that. Christina loves the view but can't get onto the patio, no one can fall or jump or be pushed because we had it enclosed in bulletproof walls that can change from clear to darkened by pressing a button.

Kate
I love the new penthouse designs and I would love to have one like it. Elliott wants to know if I want to find a new home together. He pulls out an engagement ring and asks me to marry him and pick out our new home or homes. I know one place that I want and it is really close to the center of Seattle and it is build to suit. It is the last apartment building that will be going up for the next five years. So he bought the penthouse and we based part of it on the designs that Christian and Anastasia have. Our staff will have their own apartment or homes. Christian has had his staff for a very long time and they are like family. Ours are new to us. Of course I said yes to his proposal. Dad is giving me away and he is bringing his new wife, she's no push over and she married him only after he guaranteed no cheating in writing. She is a year older than him and there is a prenuptial agreement. She owns her own company and Christian knows her well. He told me that she will keep my dad in line and I believe she will. Mom said that she put up with dad for our sake but she could have just ended it and found a better husband and father for both of us.

Elliott
I got her to agree to marry me and we bought both the places she liked and are in the process of building each of them. Kate has won awards for her articles on the Lincoln's and Swenson families. The penthouse is a great idea and she agreed to the other as long as we get it done before our wedding. I have ten crews out and had to hire five more crews to get everything done before our wedding. We are finally heading to the private island estates that Christian bought. It took a lot of documentation to buy the estates. They were negotiating back and forth and Christian nearly walked away from the deals until they finally agreed to his terms. It took six months back and forth.

Grace
I loved the penthouse and the safety features built into it. After seeing it I was stunned how safe it was for any child or adult. I nearly wanted to move into it. We enjoyed ourselves at the dinner party and security was very tight.

Carla
We all arrive and have to prove who we are and security brought us up in the elevator. It was an amazing place and they have another place being built. This is just great. Jason and Gail are guests as well. They are definitely family to all of us.

Ray
I really like the setup and they have two more floors for staff. They wanted them to be close by and safe as well. Threats were made against Jason and Gail as well. Jason didn't like threats made against Gail.

Carrick
Enid and Eamon were invited because Kate and Elliott are announcing their engagement tonight. Christina runs and gives me a huge hug.

Enid
Eamon brought Donna his new wife and I like her right away. Ethan and Kate seem to like her as well.

Eamon
They announce their engagement and everyone is very happy for them. Everyone seems to like Donna.

Mia
I frown as I see Eamon and he knows why. I can't believe he thought I would have sex with him after his divorce from Enid. Ethan and Gretchen brought their daughter Esme and son Dimitri. The patio is locked and no one can open it unless they have the keys and the codes.
