Kevin had hoped that they were wrong and that Sunwoo wasn't trying to kill himself. He didn't want to get a call from his friends saying that Sunwoo was trying to kill himself. It happened once and he didn't want to relive it again.

"Yes, Sunwoo has been suicidal before. Luckily a friend saved him just in time. Could perhaps Sunwoo was just standing on the ledge this time enjoying the view? I mean I have been around him before when he has done it. I think I would know if Sunwoo wanted to kill himself. Maybe you saw wrong". Kevin didn't want to think it. But something deep down told him that maybe they are right.

Min-Joo looks to her brother shaking her head. "No, I think he was trying to. I guess maybe my footsteps startled him and Sunwoo changed his mind last minute. I know what I saw. There was something about Sunwoo that seemed wrong before he passed out. But I didn't get the chance to investigate further". Min-Joo explained what she saw. Kevin shook his head taking a deep breath.

"I know my cousin, Sunwoo isn't the one to give up so easily. I have made sure that he doesn't fall back to the deep depths of depression. I know I was there when he hit rock bottom. Sunwoo would talk to me about it". Kevin hoped that Sunwoo would come to him for anything. Despite that they are at odds with each other. Juyeon sucked in a deep breath glancing at the door behind him.

"We aren't blaming you Kevin. I have heard a few pieces of his past while I was around him recently. I'm sorry for the loss of your friend. Before I moved here, I used to be friends with Sunwoo. I know him well, or used to anyway. He is a strong person, but seeing Sunwoo again, he seems different. More broken than he used to be. And I am partially to blame for that. And I want to make it up to him if he will allow me to. But he is pushing me away". Juyeon felt bad for what went down between them, but he couldn't change the past. Only the future could be changed. "I may not know you well, but from what I had heard you used to be friends until you betrayed Sunwoo. If you do come back into his life, I ask you not to hurt him again. Sunwoo already has enough to deal with. He doesn't need anymore conflicts in his life. Because I will end it real quick if he gets hurt. And I also wanted to thank you for finding Sunwoo".

Juyeon nods. "I won't hurt Sunwoo. You have my word. If anything I will protect him from getting hurt. And you're welcome. I will leave you alone with him. When he wakes up you can give Sunwoo his medicine". With that said Juyeon and his sister walk away to give them space.

As Kevin enters the room, he sees Sunwoo looking sickly pale. He takes a seat beside him taking a deep breath. Kevin feels guilty as he looks at how sickly Sunwoo looks. Sweat had now gathered around his forehead and hairline. "Had I known that you were ill, I wouldn't have made you come to the party. Why did you when you were sick". Kevin thought aloud. Kevin lies his hand on Sunwoo's forehead before retracting it away immediately. Sunwoo's fever was rather high.

Kevin takes the wet cloth and dabs at his hot exposed skin, earning a groan from Sunwoo.

"You're fine Sunwoo. I'm here. Everything is going to be alright". Kevin soothed him in hopes that he would calm down. Once the medicine goes through his system Sunwoo should be better.

Sunwoo groans in his sleep alerting Kevin. If Kevin didn't know any better, he would say that Sunwoo was in pain. His face was contorted in pain.

From afar Sunwoo could hear voices talking in the distance. It was the only sense that was working at the moment. Despite only hearing bits and pieces of the conversation, he could tell it was about him. All Sunwoo could make out was someone trying to comfort him.

The only thing that Sunwoo wanted to do was give into the darkness that was shrouding him, but the pain kept reminding him to stay alert. Sunwoo could feel someone touching his face, but didn't have the strength to move. Just like the white shadowy figure said, when he got too close his energy would be drained. It felt as though Sunwoo had been in a boxing match and lost. His whole body ached all over.
