Kami meticulously attended to sweeping dust to the edge of the lookout. He had done a lot in the last 5 days, restoring the lookout to its former glory. With the dust being swept off the edge, he gazed upon his work, a content smile gracing his lips as he strolled back towards the building.

As Kami glanced upward, his satisfaction turned to dread as he saw a bright dot in the sky that rapidly approached Moulara. Sensing the massive Ki approaching, Kami panicked, rushing into the lookout, desperately seeking cover. A colossal white ship, adorned with large yellow windows, eclipsed the lookout in its shadow.

Fear etched on his face, Kami descended into the living quarters, revealing a hidden safe behind a painting. He opened it to see seven golden orbs on a purple pillow, the legendary dragon balls. A sigh of relief escaped him as he secured the vault, concealing the powerful artifacts once more.

A sudden noise caught Kami's attention as he turned around. Before him stood a peculiar group of aliens with elongated heads. One of them, yellow in color, initiated a conversation. "Hello there," the alien greeted.

"What do you want?" Kami asked, wary of their presence.

"We want the dragon balls, and you're going to give them to us," another alien demanded, his color green.

"Dragon balls?" Kami asked blankly. "What dragon balls?"

"Don't play stupid, Namekian. We know you're the one that made them, so cough 'em up," a third purple alien threatened. "Otherwise we'll just have to kill you.

Mocking laughter escaped Kami. "If you think you three are enough to take me down, you're stupider than you look."

The confrontation escalated as the three aliens began to fire Ki blasts. Kami easily deflected their attacks, retaliating with his own, more potent energy blasts. Overpowered, the aliens swiftly fell. As they got up, they came face to face with Kami, who was holding a charged Ki blast. Kami fired the blast, launching the three up the stairs and out of the lookout.

Kami swiftly ascended the stairs, peering outside to witness. Outside, a colossal ship hovered near as the aliens lay at the foot of the ship, defeated. Suddenly, red beams emanated from the ship, snuffing out the aliens' lives. Then, the horned figure made his way out of the ship.

Hale, the menacing figure, leaped onto the lookout, expressing his dissatisfaction. "I thought this was going to be simple. Yeah, pity that."

Turning his attention to the lookout, Hale equipped a red scouter as he turned it on, detecting a power level of 10,000. Displeased, he yelled. "How is it you let yourselves get beaten by a low power like that? I have to do everything myself."

Slightly panicking, Kami decided to reveal himself, walking out to confront the formidable intruder. Hale, noticing Kami, smiled, acknowledging the Namekian's feat. "So, you're the one responsible for this?" Hale said, pointing at the defeated henchmen. "I must say, you have a pretty decent Power Level to take out three of my men so easily."

Kami, already tired of Hale's presence, cut to the chase. "What do you want?"

"First, I'm here to pick up one of my rogue Saiyans," Hale tells Kami. "But since you're right in front of me, I think I'll just have to ask for the Dragon Balls."

Kami stood his ground, "You wouldn't be the first to ask for those."

Hale threatened, "What if I threatened to kill you and take them?"

"You kill me, and the dragon balls won't work," Kami reassures. "They'll lose their magic and turn into gray useless rocks."

Hale thought about this, before proposing an alliance, "Then why don't you come with us? Just think, with your Dragon Balls, you could help rule the cosmos."

Kami declined, "And leave my duty as guardian of Moulara. Thanks, but I've already got my own corner of the cosmos."

Rolling his eyes, Hale began to get annoyed. "You know, I could just blow up this planet you are so desperately guarding. At this point the Dragon Balls are just the icing on my cake. I know she's here, so that doesn't matter."

Kami, desperate for a plan, quickly thought of something. "You're right, she is here." Kami declared, trying to formulate a plan. "I promise that when they come out, they're all yours."

"Good. And the Dragon Balls?" Hale persisted.

"Your rogue should come out in an hour or so. When they do, I will give you the Dragon Balls." Kami accepted. "As long as it means you leave without destroying my planet, you can have them."

"And why should I believe you?" Hale inquired.

"It's just a bit of time, right? I promise they'll be here in an hour, with the Dragon Balls.

Hale thought about this, finally accepting what he had to do. "If they don't come out here in the next hour, this planet is as good as space dust." Hale threatened, walking back to his ship.

Kami sat against the building as he thought about what he just did. "I hope you guys are strong enough," Kami whispers to himself, watching as Hale jumps into his ship and looks straight at him, grinning.
