Chapter 10 - Midnight Change

Kayden woke up to the sound of a repeating thumping sound down the hall and turns to his side hoping to tune it out but being startled awake when he turned and hit a barrier. His eyes didn't have to adjust as he looked out bars to see the night light showing him, he was looking at a nursery from inside a crib. He could see a chair with children's books beside it and bunch of shelves with toys in them and the biggest clue of all is the changing table that looked stocked with all the essential supplies needed to change a baby and the diaper pal to throw it all away.

Kayden just gazed through the bars listening to the thumping sound get more and more annoying before suddenly stopping. Kayden turned onto his back and looked up to see that he was going to need help to get out of the crib he was in because even for him, being used to climbing on things he would have issues getting over the rail and more importantly down without hurting himself especially in these footed pajamas.

Kayden could feel that he needed to get up and go the bathroom but trying to fight the urge to the last minute knowing he will likely be expected to use that potty chair again and why'll someone patiently watches.

When the pressure was too much for him, he grabbed the bars of the crib and pulled himself up only to have his eyes just barely see over the bars but if he stood on his tippy toes he could rest his chin on the top rail. He called out with a very quiet "hello" before slowly getting louder after every time waiting to see if anyone would come in.

He started to regret his decision to wait so long before calling out for help as he could hardly contain the pressure any longer. Fighting the urge the best he could he called out loudly "Michael... Abagail I need to go to the bathroom please" feeling completely helpless. He waited for what he felt like another minute doing the potty dance and putting pressure on his manhood which wasn't easy with the extra padding from the pull-ups he was wearing. He was about to call out again when the strain became too much for him as he peed into his pull-ups. He could feel the training pants swelling and getting heavy and warm with every second then being hit with a feeling of a cool sensation that got colder the more he peed. Kayden was caught off guard by the now cold training pants making him want to get out of them more than ever. He quickly realized that the cooling effect is to help kids know they need to use the potty. Kayden now wishing that he would have had the chance to use the potty instead of standing in his very cold well used soggy training pants, thinking that there are toddlers more successful at making it to the potty than he is.

He stood there helpless for what felt to him like hours but was really only minutes waiting for someone to come through the door. He didn't have any idea how to explain his circumstances, he thought he could blame the crib he was in or the loud thumping sound that woke him up, but he knew it was his own fault for not calling out sooner. He stood in the crib starting to notice the droopiness of training pants thinking if he sat down, it would be like poppy a water balloon. Kayden started to get curious, so he began poking at it through his PJ's just as Michael walked in to catch him in the act.

Michael rested his hand on the side of the crib and looked down at Kayden seeing that the crib was a perfect size to keep Kayden secured inside.

"Don't do that." Michael said harshly.

"Michael, what took you so long? I really had to go."

"Kayden, we just heard you on the baby monitor, we were busy. When I checked the camera, I could tell by the surprise on your face I didn't need to rush."

"Busy doing what? I have been calling for a while." Kayden asked, not wanting to imagine his boss watching him helplessly wet himself.

"Giving Abagail a deep massage, we had music playing so we didn't hear you right away. Now let's get you cleaned up."

"A massage, what time is it?" Kayden not understand the nuance of what was said.
