A Pryce For Lying

1|Just The Beginning

Kelsey's Pov
So this morning I did my usual routine you know brush, take a shower, and put on clothes. Today I wasn't really feeling amazing so I decided just to wear acid washed jean short-shorts, a white crop-top, and my all white huaraches. After I finished getting ready, I ran downstairs to hear my mom yelling that I was going to be late again. "I know I know momma " I said as I walk to the kitchen to get my keys from my mom. "Kelsey remember not to let other people use your car or else "my mom said. " Yes momma " I said frustrated. "Kelsey I'm not kidding we do not want to go through this again" my mom said. " Okay okay whatever" I said trying to avoid another lecture.

BRIEF PAUSE
If you're wondering why my mom is lecturing me it's because last week I let my friend (Kareem) use my car, and now it has a huge scratch on the bumper.

PAUSE OVER (still Kelsey's Pov)
After I managed to get my keys out of my mom's hands, I got in my 2014 BMW x3 and headed for School. When I finally got to school I was so late. Knowing that I was probably going to get a detention, I took my time going to first period. But today there were something unusual, I felt like I was being followed to class. I still continued to walk to class until someone came out and said "boo". I was so fucking scared " Omg!!" It was Jawan's crazy ass. ( Jawan is like my bro/ BFF )I yelled as Jawan Came out from behind me. "Shhh" said Jawan, " Don't ever do that again nigga" I whispered. " Ok I won't, now get to class Kelsey" as he laughed, thinking that scaring me was funny.

Once I finally got to class my annoying teacher Mr.Kingsley said "Your late, let this be a warning . ( Mr. Kingsley is my AP math teacher, oh and I forgot to mention I'm in AP classes )I didn't really stress it, I just continued to take out my books and ketch up with class. Classes are so boring since all my friends are juniors or in regular classes. At times I just wish I wasn't as smart so I could just chill with my friends.

After Mr.Kingsley's boring class next I went straight to my English class, but before I could get there I bumped into one of Jawan's close friends/Bro Pryce. Even though Pryce is friends with Jawan I never talked to him." Oh my bad Kelsey, I didn't mean to bump into you. But what up anyway, how u been." "Fine, but I got to get to class" Alright bye cutie " as he lick his juicy pink lips said. I paused for a moment then I started blushing, " th-" I said before (gco) by Pryce. " No thank you" he said while being cocky, "Well damn can I speak" I said tying to act chill. But he could tell his words had me in a haze.

Pryce Pov
As I was going to my next class I saw Jawan's friend Kelsey walking down the hall. I see her hang around Jawan a lot, but she never talks to me. So I decided to get her attention by giving her a lil nudge. Once Kelsey came close to I bumped her, then I said " Oh my bad Kelsey, I didn't mean to bump into you. But what up anyway, how you been". At first I thought she knew I nudge her on purpose but then she said, " Fine, but I got to get to class". I don't know what came over me but something made me say " Alright bye cutie". When I said cutie I kinda notice she blushed, so I knew she felt something but I wasn't for sure. To make things less awkward I said " No thank you for the compliment". And then Kelsey caught an attitude " Well damn can I speak.", but I can tell there was something wrong. Before I could even apologize she walked away.Instead of trying to chase her I had to get to class, so I just continued down the hall,

*Its Now After School (now Kelsey's Pov)

Today was so weird, the first time I talk to Pryce I'm a total mess (well not the first time)and for what, I don't even know him like that. Anyways as I walked outside to my car Jawan started yelling at me. "Kelsey get over here" yelled Jawan, I smiled and said " okay I'm coming". It was Kareem, Shania, Jawan, Dylan, Erica, Ciara (my bff)and of course Pryce sitting on a bench. As I walked over Kareem's annoying ass said "Are you mad at me Punkinseed" " Don't call me that Kareem, and I could never be mad at you." " Just checking" he said.
