SCHOOL ENDED and i drove myself home. what a day.

"hey sweetie how was school?" i enter the kitchen to katherine asking. and of course Isaac was sat there where else wouod he be then just in my face with them big brown eyes gazing off.

"yeah it was fine" i say with a sigh.

"okay, we'll, hey i wanted to know what kind of cake do you like?" shit i forgot about tomorrow.

"er anything's fine i guess" i say before going up stairs to my room.

AS I HEAR A knock at my door

"come in" i say. "hey les can we talk?" i look up to see alex at my door. "hey" i say sitting up

"les are you okay?" "yeah i'm sweet, why?" "i don't know we don't really talk anymore" "yeah sorry about that i just had a lot going on" i say trying to keep eye contact.

"why what's on your mind?" i ask him because clearly somethings bothering, he has that look on his face.

"just this thing with jackie"

we talked for about 30 minutes, we'll he did mostly about jackie.

"hey lesley can i ask you something?" he says "yeah course anything" i say kind of worried what he's going to say.

"what going on with you and isaac" he says scrunching up his eyebrows.

"honestly i don't know" i say looking down at my lap.

"we'll we had some moments you know that day of jackie's thingy and we'll the day after he goes and does it with some other girl at school, and i just don't know anymore, i meant i thought we were but after that i guess now"

"he asked me something the other day" alex says making me look up.

"what did he say?"

"i don't know he asked what's your favourite flower i guess" he says with a little shrug.

"favourite flower?" i say confused, why does he want to know my favourite flower?

"yeah i don't know he didn't say much just that" "oh"

THE DAY WAS HERE, it was finally my seventeenth birthday. i really didn't feel like myself today. i just want to sit in my bed and binge watch movies.

"happy birthday les" i hear everyone cheer as i walked into the kitchen. everyone spread across the room.

"happy birthday Lesley" Alex snuck up behind me giving me a hug. "thank you alex" "so anything special you want to do today?" "i don't know, not really, i guess".

we all finished up eating and getting ready to leave for school.

"hey are you coming with us today?" Cole asked. "erm no it's okay" referring to going school "i'm going to make a quick stop before i go" i say to them leaving the house and getting into my car.

i stop quickly to get some flowers. his favourite flowers.

i walked into the cemetery, holding back my tears. "hey big bro" i whisper not able to hold back my tears anymore.

i place down the flowers getting rid of the old ones that are broken.

"i got you your favourite flowers" i say chuckling to myself. as i sit down wiping the tears of my face.

"gosh myls, why did you have to go so soon, it wasn't your time" "it's my birthday today, really wish you were here, you know?"

"i really need some advice but i don't have anyone to ask, but, i really like this boy, but he keeps giving me these mixed signals and i don't know what to do because one minute he's all over me, the next he's ignoring me, the next he's kissing me and the next he's kissing another girl and i just don't know what to do" i stop to take a breathe. i sigh.

i finish up and get myself together for school i only have like 2-3 periods left so i don't see the point of going on but here we go i guess.

Isaac's pov:

i haven't seen Lesley in a while, really hope she's okay. i know i did her wrong i just don't know what happened or what got over me.
i'm thinking of speaking to her today, tonight.

i got her this necklace for her birthday i just hope she'll take it and not throw it in my face. it's this infinity necklace. i know how much she likes the sign, she'd always doodle them in her book whenever she's bored, i swear she has a full page in one of her books with the infinity sign all over it.

"sorry i'm late sir" i look up to see Lesley entering she kinda looks like she's been crying.

"hey are you okay?" i ask her "yeah i'm fine" she answers not giving eye contact.

Lesley's pov

i walk in to science the only class i have with Isaac, the worst lesson to come in. i walk in hoping no one will look at me. my eyes were puffy from all the crying.

bit of a stupid idea to come to school straight after the grace yard.

"hey, are you okay?" i hear Isaac talking to me
"yeah i'm fine" i say back trying not to give hills eye contact, i really don't want him to see me like this.

"hey where were you?" i hear isaac pecking my eye of with all these questions. i just ignore him hoping he'll stop.

"hello" "lesley" "come on i was worried" "oh my god fine i went to see milo, damn" i snap, whisper shouting at him so he could shut up. "oh sorry i didn't know" he says back to me a-bit quickly with regret on his face. "it's fine" i say resting my chin in my hand, waiting for the day to end.

THE DAY ENDED, finally Lesley gets back home "hey honey how was school?" Katherine say as Lesley entered a quiet house. "hey it was okay" she replied "where is everyone?" she was a bit confused normally there always shouting especially after school

"oh they're out with there friends apparently there's a new arcade opening" Katherine quickly tried making up a cover story, they were all out trying to get some bits and bobs for the little party.

"oh okay we'll i'm going to take a nap" lesley says before walking up the stairs and throwing herself on to her bed not even bothered changing.
