Mikey!

We were kicking Foot bot butt tonight! These guys are everywhere. I smashed one with my foot and looked over at the others, noticing that Mikey was asleep again. Something was off with him though. He was still moving in odd directions as if he was fighting, and yet he wasn't really fighting at the same time. I flailed my sais and made my way to him, and he still attacked as though he had no control over himself.

"Leo! Heads up!" I shouted as Mikey's nunchakus headed his way. I turned around for one second to beat some bots together, and when I turned back to Mikey, he was on the ground. We finished up the fight, but Mikey was still twitching.

"Raph, wake up Mikey and let's get out of here!"

"Leo, I think there's something actually wrong with him." I forcefully took his nunchucks. "See, he's still shaking as if he's fighting something, but he doesn't seem to be conscious."

"Let's take him back to Master Splinter then. He'll know what to do." I reached for Mikey when the floor beneath him opened up into a pit, and closed just as quickly.

"MIKEY!" Where did they take our little brother?

I really tried to stay awake. I always do! But the guys never believe me. I just get really thirsty and go to drink some water, then next thing I know, someone is waking me up. Leo and Donnie suggested I get more sleep and maybe skip some nights ninjaing. But I can't control whatever this is! It's happened in the lair too. I just don't want everyone getting worried about me so I just say I fell asleep. I started waking up, and wondered if I was able to keep fighting at the same time, when I nearly lost my shell.

There stood the Shredder. What do I do?!

"That's right turtle. Shake in fear while you can!"

"Bradford! That's enough. Besides, this turtle is sick."

"How so?"

"The involuntary shaking. He isn't in control of his actions. I would say he suffers from epilepsy."

"So what do you want to do with a sick turtle?"

"Shackle him to the wall. His brothers will look for him and if they're smart, they'll send Hamoto Yoshi for him."

"Excuse me? Shredder? Can I please get some pizza? I'm really tired and I would like to eat something after all this crazy sleep stuff I keep doing." He looked at me curiously.

"You don't remember having these seizures?"

"I don't even know what that is." Shredder sat in his chair while Bradford chained me to the wall beside him.

"You see, your brain is sending too many messages at once. You should be on medication, but seeing as you're a turtle, I'm not sure what or how you could get any."

"Not that I'm complaining, but why are you being so nice to me and explaining what's been going on with me? You know, instead of killing me."

"You're scared when this happens, right?" I nodded, feeling sleepy again.

"You haven't told anyone how often they really happen, have you? Are you afraid you have to stop doing ninjutsu because of this?"

"It's like you know exactly how I feel!" To my surprise, the Shredder got down on the floor next to me. He smiled and didn't seem so scary this way.

"I do, actually. I used to have seizures as a child. Eventually I grew out of them. You're Michelangelo, right?"

"Yeah. Everyone calls me Mikey though. How did you know my name? Pound dog tell you?"

"Bradford? No, my daughter told me your names."

"Oh, I guess that makes more sense for Karai to tell you." I shrugged, trying to calm down a little bit. We tell Splinter everything, so we probably shouldn't be surprised if Karai chooses to share things with Shredder.
