Chapter 5. A Work Talk About An Alien Friend.

A few weeks go by since Asher had 'found' Cosmic, although Asher didn't really find Cosmic.. Cosmic just kinda crashed in his front yard. And a few weeks turn into months.. 6 months go by since the duo had first met.. And while Asher was cleaning up with Rosemary during his end shift and the two have a.. 'Interesting talk,' to say the least..

"So, Asher. What did you wanna talk about?" Rosemary asked, as she whipped off the tables and booths. "It's nothing really important.. Just- ah.. It's about Cosmic.." Asher rubbed his neck with his hands, his face slowly burning up. "Oh? What happened? Did you guys fight or something? Or are y'all finally dating now?" Rosemary chuckled and looked away from cleaning the tables to see Asher's face red with his hands trying to cover it. "Oh my god.. Asher! Your face is red- what are you hiding from me!" Rosemary whined, like a child at the store asking for a toy. "I-.. I don't even know if I like him but-.." Asher's voice was quiet, so quiet that you could hear a pin drop. "Oh my god Asher, just tell me!-" Rosemary shouted. "Well- I might like Cosmic.. but -.. I'm just unsure.. I mean we've known each other for months and all of a sudden I get this warm feeling in my stomach whenever I'm near him-.. And I stutter on my words a lot near him too.." Rosemary gasped, then squealed. "Dude.. there's no way you dont like him! It's so obvious you like him with the way your body is reacting!" Asher groaned, then uncovered his face showing Rosemary his EXTREMELY flustered face. "Look-.. Rosemary i-.. Yeah I probably like him.. Uhm, what am I supposed to do about this-.. Whole thing- do i like.. Tell him? or-.." Asher sighed, as Rosemary shrugged. "Tell him whenever you want to, don't force yourself to tell him if you're not ready. And if you don't want to tell him I could always tell him!" Rosemary smiled and patted Asher's shoulder. "Just take your time asher, just take your time. There's no rush." Rosemary smiled and Asher sighed. "Yeah.. you're right.. Now how about we finish cleaning up before we get yelled at..-" She chuckled and nodded her head.

Hey squad it's been awhile but I finished this book so I should hopefully have it all uploaded o' here by the end of the week!
