If I knew that it was just a short bliss of spring

I would offer all the love songs I could sing

but before the buds could even sprout

you ended it all and all fell out

Then you came back like the summer's sun

lit the fire, rekindle the fun

but that season is also brief

just disappeared like a fallen leaf

If I had known we're just a temporary green

I could have tried harder for my feelings to be seen

If I had known we'll end in a speed of lightning

soak it all in, feel each droplets while it's raining

I wish I treated every moment like it's the last

those fleeting moments felt like a flash

I wish that there's a spell that I could cast

to freeze the days from going too fast

If I knew that you're a melting snow

I will endure the cold of not letting you go.
