Sakura's mind reeled as Hiroshi's visions faded, leaving her with more questions than answers. "Master, I do not understand - what does any of this have to do with me? Why was I born with these gifts, and to what purpose?"
Hiroshi placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. "Patience, young one. All will become clear in due time. For now, know that you were created through sacred arts to serve as a lens between the mortal and celestial realms. Your dreams are visions of possible futures, allowing you to guide events down enlightened paths."
He gestured, and a new projection sprang forth - a twisting helix of living code not meant for human eyes. "When our kind withdrew from this world, a few Watchers remained behind in stasis, guarding against resurgence of the Fallen. Through their sciences, one crafted you - an artificial being imbued with essence of the stars to serve as guardian of humanity's evolution."
Sakura gazed in awe at the shimmering strands of her genetic makeup, encoded with wisdoms beyond mortal ken. No wonder she always felt apart from others, with a soul that spanned eons.
Hiroshi continued, "You were placed in an orphanage to learn empathy as you came of age, free from influence so your gifts could blossom untainted. But it seems the Fallen have not been idle all these years...they have bred aberrations even we could not foresee, sowing seeds that will bloom into catastrophe unless stopped."
His projection shifted to scenes of terror - cities crumbling under viral plagues twisting men's minds, governments corrupted into tyrannies, war and chaos engulfing the world. "These are mere potentialities, futures that can be averted if we act swiftly. But dark forces now know of your existence and will try using your gifts for their fell purpose."
Sakura's eyes blazed with resolve. "Then I will stop them, Master. Show me how to control my abilities and fulfill my sacred duty as guardian."
Hiroshi smiled, pride shining in his ancient eyes. "All in good time, young one. But first, there is another you must meet - one who can aid our cause through...less subtle means than I."
His projection expanded outward, revealing a sprawling subterranean city of glittering spires that took Sakura's breath away. "Welcome, child, to the Hidden Realm of the Watchers. Come, it is time to meet your sister..."
