 Marnie's POV:

The ambiance in the stadium when a fight is taking place is phenomenal, the people cheering and singing, and you could feel them change as someone came out. I had a front row seat given the fact I was family even if no one other than my family and some organisers knew. So I took my seat with my fresh cup of coffee seeing as the last cup went cold. I have to be honest I do rather hate big crowds but that's why I like sitting at the front- an easier escape if needed. I watched as Solo entered the ring, powerful lights already heating him up, he waved and looked around making eye contact with me he acknowledged my presence and I sent him a smile.

With his loud entrance music Dominik Mysterio came out and everyone started booing. But I couldn't help the little smile that appeared as I watched him strut around the ring. his eyes caught mine at least I thought they did and he winked but... that couldn't possibly have been at me right? Solo seemed to think it was aimed at me so as soon as the match started he swung a right hook...

Solo looked mad I mean in all honesty, he still sees me as his baby cousin even though I'm an adult. I'm the youngest in the family. We are very close as a family I guess because my brother and cousins work together.  As I watched I couldn't help the laugh that escaped me as Solo flung Dom out of the ring who landed with a thud in front of me.

Dom POV:

I let out a grunt as I collided with the floor and barrier I jumped up and shook it off before turning to face the crowd showing how I'm unaffected by it even if I feel pain in my ribcage. a grin forms on my face as I see the girl who did some repairs for me. I really must ask her name when I get the chance. I wanted to show off and impress her and went back to the fight. soon the fight came to an end and I won but the crowd didn't cheer they booed me except the girl from the repair room she just applauded...

The locker room stank of sweat unsurprisingly, I had a shower and changed. I decided I'd go find Rhea or someone to annoy.

Marnie's POV:

Now my cousin had his fight I was no longer interested and went back to my little room and looked through the new items of ring gear left for repairs and maintenance I wrote down what we had and who each item belonged to then put my headphones. Music allows me to focus in on my tasks and complete them so much more efficiently. The music also allowed me to forget about the problems I was facing, honestly I didn't have any friends I wasn't anywhere long enough to get some but Rhea Ripley and Becky Lynch made sure to check on me as I worked long hours to make sure everyone's ring gear was in working order sometimes they even brought me snacks if they knew I was going to be working late which I was definitely going to be doing tonight because I had been asked to start brainstorming new ring gear. I made a start on some repairs for a chest piece for Bayley. unfortunately while working late I sometimes fell asleep this was one of those occasions.

I woke up to someone shaking my shoulder, I groaned as I lifted my head which felt like it was about to go boom. when my eyes focused I realised it was none other than Dominik Mysterio who woke me up, I jumped back, my chair going with me as I no doubt looked like a deer in headlights. I pulled my earphones out "Wh-what are you doing here?" I watched him before stretching out the tight muscles from sleeping awkwardly.

He laughed a little as he watched me "Well I never got your name last time we spoke and I saw you watching me from the sidelines" he winked again, so it was aimed at me. I was stunned by his confidence, he was flirting with me, right? I wasn't imagining things. it then occurred to me I probably looked like a hot mess from my choice of sleeping positions. "oh uhm I'm Marnie Anoa'i" The people who knew Roman Reigns was my brother used Reigns as my last name but it wasn't common knowledge so I used my real name instead. "Anoa'i huh?" he looked as though he was thinking about something and for a moment I was worried he was familiar with my brother's real name but he seemed to shrug it off so I let it go.

Over the next week, we kept catching each other's eyes and I could have sworn he was breaking certain things on purpose then we had to work closely as he insisted I design his new ring gear. this guy was going to be the death of me.
