"Hey, what are you doing here?" Ben questioned opening the door without a shirt on.

"I'm not interrupting anything am I?" Miranda asked looking around his house. She really didn't want a repeat of the past.

"No, I just woke up. I was going to call you anyway." He responded stepping back to let her inside.

"You were?" Miranda questioned going straight to his kitchen.

Ben chuckled watching her grab two wine glasses and his expensive bottle of wine from his cabinet.

"Yeah, I wanted to tell you about these." He smiled holding up envelopes.

Miranda grinned and handed him the glasses as she took the envelopes and began reading the names.

"Oh my Goodness. You've been accepted as a surgical intern at UCLA, John Hopkins, Mayo, Tulane, Baylor, Boston, Howard, and NYU. I'm so happy for you, I thought you wanted to do anesthesia."

"I initially did, but watching you. I wanted to do surgery."

"Aww, I'm glad that I could be an inspiration," Miranda responded softly before biting her lip. She sipped her wine and thought about the location of all of these schools. "Ben, I don't want to be a Debbie downer, I really don't but none of these are in Seattle. I mean UCLA is the closest."

"I know."

"I mean you have to go and you can pick wherever I just--- I would miss you, the kids would miss you."

"You guys don't want to come with?" Ben questioned.

"Benjamin now you know--"

"I'm just joking." He laughed, pulling out three other envelopes.

Miranda grabbed them and a wide grin broke out across her face. Seattle Grace Mercy West, Seattle Presbyterian, Pacific Northwest General. "Oh my God. We're going to be working together." She exclaimed, hugging him tightly.

"Uh, I'm not working at Seattle Grace Mercy Death."

"Benjamin stop calling it that."

"I'm serious. I don't even want you working there."

"Ben please." She whined.

"I'll consider it." He laughed and she kissed his cheek.

"Thank you, that's all I'm asking."

"So uh, what brought you by?" Ben questioned.

"Oh right. I was coming over to talk to you because I would like it if we would go ahead and proceed with our divorce. I want a divorce, no I need a divorce."

"What? Why now? We've been separated for 4 years."

"Zac asked me to marry him and--"

"You're getting married?" Ben asked in disbelief. He felt like he was going to have a heart attack.

"I'm--" Miranda started, but was interrupted by a pissed-off Ben.

"No, No you are not marrying him. I am not giving you a divorce. This has gone on for too long and you let it. I let you have your fun but no, this is not happening. I am in love with you and I will always be in love with you. I came over to tell you that two years ago. I had this whole speech planned out and I even bought you a new ring so no."

"No?" Miranda asked, looking at him pace the floor.

"Yes, what I said no. N-O."

"Ben-

"Miranda you are something else. Did you really think I would give you a divorce? we took vows until death do us part and we are not dead."

"You asked me for a divorce and now you are angry I moved on."
