It wasn't a good day for some reason , Jenna was stuck in her head more than usual, everything felt...like on pause, she was there but she wasn't right now she was only living

She had gone to the park earlier than usual, it was three p.m

She just laid on the damped grass as she shut her eyes letting herself feel alive, trying to get rid of those feelings

What was she doing? Why was she feeling like this?

Confusion that never stops

Closing walls and ticking clocks

She could feel herself crying, it was drizzling a bit, but she could still feel her tears

She stayed like that, it felt like forever, until something covered her face, She opened her eyes and was met with an umbrella, those eyes she had grown so fond of staring right back at her

"Are you sad?" She asked out of the blue, Jenna could only stare at her, wasn't it obvious what the mood was?

"No, i'm very happy actually" She answered not standing up, Y/n hummed as she sat down next to her keeping the umbrella above them

"Yes, you're dripping with happiness i can see, Do you...want to perhaps talk about it? "

Jenna frowned, she kinda did

"I just feel so lost...and I don't know why, I mean I really have no reason to be feeling this way? Like i have everything i've ever dreamed for, i'm where i want to be at so i just...don't understand sometimes"

Y/n looked down at her, Jenna could already feel her staring and searching in her soul, and it didn't bother her at all

"Sometimes that's just how life is i suppose, one day your fine the next you aren't, i think you should allow yourself to feel whatever your feeling, process it, go through it" Jenna noticed her eyes, something flashed behind them

"Sometimes people expect so much from you....Your meant to do something...people expect so much, sometimes from a very very young age and sometimes...your born to do that" She said softly, Jenna now decided to sit up as she faced her frowning, It wasn't about her anymore, she was focused on the girl now

"I...is there someone who expects a lot from you?" She carefully asked, Y/n hummed as she chuckled nodding "Oh yah...my mum " Jenna noticed the accent once again, she decided to let it slide seeing as that wasn't really important right now

"But, don't worry Jenna, there's days that'll make you feel like this you know? It's nothing bad, i think quite the contrary, it makes you grow as a person.You'll never be able to satisfy people, there's always going to be something you know? Either you did something good or bad and plus...if you want, i'll be with you if your feeling like this again"

Jenna's hands started to get sweaty after hearing those words....

"Okay...." Jenna said standing up quickly, Y/n frowned feeling as if maybe she crossed a boundary

Jenna paced as she shook her head feeling nervous, Y/n stood up slowly not understanding what was going on...maybe she was...calming down?

"Jenna?" Y/n said softly, Jenna hushed her quickly as she kept pacing, Y/n nodded and raised her hands up letting her do her thing

After five minutes Jenna snapped her head at the girl who looked at her with wide eyes at this action

"Y/n" She said

"Jenna?" She said in a small voice but quickly cleared her throat

"Y/n these days...that we've been spending together, i don't know how you do it but you read me like a fucking book and honestly it doesn't scare me, i'd...i... jesus....Ugh....

Y/n, Go on a date with me? "

She said quickly as she was breathing quick, her senses high, her palms were sweaty, she had never been this bold before, she took in how Y/n looked at her with wide eyes, blush on her cheeks, clearly not expecting this, Jenna's nerves increasing not knowing if her reaction was good or not

"I'd love to go on a date with you, Jenna" She said with a huge smile, Jenna took a deep breath as she took a step closer to her

"I...i'm so thankful you asked me if i was okay" She shook her head, Y/n snickered nodding "I mean you did look a bit messy, i had to make sure"

Jenna smiled as she looked for permission, a small nod was received

She slowly wrapped her arms around the girls neck as she embraced her in a hug, Y/n wrapping her arms around her waist smiling as she shut her eyes

"I thought you said stranger danger?" Jenna slapped the back of her head as she rolled her eyes

"You just had to ruin the moment" they both laughed smiling under the drizzled rain 

"I have to go to work...and you have to get home and shower or else you'll catch a cold" Y/n said, Jenna pouted seeing the girl was wet as well "You'll get sick too" she argued but the girl shrugged

"I'm built different, and...text me the date details...i'll be waiting"
