Sherlock groaned as he slowly adjusted the bed to a sitting position making a face as an uncomfortable pain shot through his chest turning his head he saw the self-help Morphine drip reaching out he began to pump the button "I've disabled it" Sherlock turned to the sound of The Doctors voice he had round spectacles on and was reading a book with a risqué woman dressed in a 1950's trench coat and fedora as he felt Sherlock's gaze fall upon him he lifted and wiggled his sonic screwdriver. Sherlock rolled his eyes and thumped his head back onto the pillow from behind the book The Doctor gave a slight smirk "How long have I been out?" Sherlock's throat was dry causing his voice to crack snapping his book closed The Doctor looked at Sherlock over his spectacles "2 weeks and 42 hours" Sherlock groaned then his mind snapped an image of Moriarty flinging John across the Tardis the machine began to beep a little faster as Sherlock's heart raced "J-J-John!" The Doctor stood up and put his hands up "Sherlock you need to calm down" Sherlock looked worriedly at The Doctor.
Heaving a sigh The Doctor's face reveled Sherlock's fear "I don't know where he is..." Sherlock pressed his head into the pillow his eye's snapped shut he clenched the bed sheets and ignored the searing pain in his chest "Frankly..." The Doctor continued "I-I don't know where any of them are..." Sherlock opened his eyes "Others?" sitting back down The Doctor removed his spectacles "Sam, and Castiel as well have disappeared" sliding himself up more Sherlock fought to ignore more shots of pain "The other American?" looking through the hospital room window The Doctor focused on a room slightly adjacent to Sherlock's "Alive, but still hasn't come too" silence hung for a moment then Sherlock began shifting to the side of his bed untangling the monitor cords and reached for the IV and fluids stand "Sherlock?" The Doctor inquired but Sherlock ignored trying to steady himself as he stood Sherlock began moving slowly at first towards the door "Sherlock.." reaching the door he opened it "Unless you plan on hopping in your ridiculous box and somehow finding John and the other men by 'Luck' Doctor I suggest we find a way of waking the American" with that Sherlock opened the door of his hospital room.
Following Sherlock out of the room The Doctor directed him to Dean's room as he neared the room Sherlock's peripheral took in a peculiar behavior a nurse standing at the reception station repeatedly flipped the same paper on the clipboard up and down but yet her eyes were never on the actual paper two Doctor's stood closely together muttering amongst each other but noticed they avoided casting any eyes in their direction as well the majority of the staff did not fit, the scene almost looked.....like a stage Sherlock cast a glance to The Doctor as they neared Dean's room Sherlock saw it, The Doctor knew exactly what Sherlock was seeing. The Doctor reached forward and opened the door to his shock Dean was sitting up and awake "Doc!" Dean slightly smiled but it gave away when he saw Sherlock "Ah and Bag of Dicks too" both men entered the room The Doctor closed the door behind them "Where's Sam and Castiel?" Dean's face was hardened he already knew he wasn't going to like the answer as The Doctor's face registered glumly.
The men regarded each other before Sherlock spoke first "We need to leave, the Hospital Staff..." Dean cut him off "Yeah I noticed our little Demon Wardens out there" Dean sighed "So what's up Doc? Got a plan?" The Doctor gave a devious smile "Well Gentlemen my Tardis happens to be down the hall through the double doors" Sherlock began digging the IV needle out of his arm "I highly doubt our watchful crew of body guards plan on letting us leave easily no doubt they are at the call of...Moriarty" Sherlock slightly hissed Moriarty's name "And I'm not exactly in Rocky Balboa form right now either" Dean wriggled his nose as the oxygen tube rubbed awkwardly under his nose. The Doctor's smile grew a bit bigger "Since we are in London, I used this.." He lifted up a cell phone Dean recognized as his "What the hell man?!" making a sorry face The Doctor continued "Using this I soniced it a little enabling it to allow me to make a call without alerting anyone and I've rustled us up a little help" Pleased with himself The Doctor smiled.
Wilfred followed the directions the Doctor gave him as he and Sylvia Noble approached the Intensive Care Ward "Dad what exactly did The Doctor tell you he needed?" Wilfred put a hand up "Shhh Sylvia, The Doctor said we had to be quiet, He said he and two of his friends were in a bit of a pinch and some bad men won't let them leave and we need to create a diversion" Sylvia made a face she didn't like the sound of this "Dad" Wilfred shook his head "We owe him this Sylvia he saved Donna's life it's the least we can do." Sylvia pursed her lips but nodded "Alright Dad, now follow me" Sylvia ran down the hallway and shoved open the double doors to the ward the Demons all turned suddenly to focus on her "SOMEONE HELP IT'S MY FATHER HE'S CLUTCHING HIS CHEST!! I-I-I THINK IT'S A HEART ATTACK!"
