A Little Game of Satan Says Chapter 3

Sam woke up to a soft clinking sound as he came to he could see the legs of a man blinking to clear his vision he could hear a muffled voice confused he muttered "Dean?" Sam felt hands gripping his shoulders as they helped steady him "Nah big fellow it's Josh remember?" rubbing his eye's Sam's vision focused on a short man in blue scrubs held out a small cup out to him "Where? Where am I?" placing the pill cup in Sam's hand the orderly gave a small scoff "You know where you are Sam same place you've been for the past five years now take your meds we don't want another episode like yesterday do we?" The man began snapping a glove on and turned back to Sam motioning for Sam to take the pills hesitating not taking his eyes off of 'Josh" he tossed the cup back Josh handed him water and Sam took it sipping it "Alright now open up gotta check" handing the cup back Sam opened his mouth the orderly poked under his tongue and along his gums straightening up he smiled at Sam and took the pill tray with him "Dr. Fuller is waiting for ya" it clicked as the door closed Sam was back at Glenwood Springs Psychiatric Hospital where he and Dean had hunted a Wraith back in 2010. Realizing he's alone he heads over to the trash bin by the door and places two fingers into his throat gagging he forces up the pills throwing them up into the waste basket walking back to the bed he picked up the blanket and wiped his mouth cautiously he approached the door heading out to the hall a few people stood in the halls a couple patients and two orderlies reading the names on the door's Sam found Dr. Fuller's door knocking he heard a muffled "Come in".

Opening the door he popped his head inside "Ah Sam come in" a slightly balding man in thick glasses motioned him in shutting the door behind him Sam made his way to the chair in front of Dr. Fuller's desk "Why am I here Dr. Fuller? Where's my brother?" Dr. Fuller sighed and set down a file that Sam read upside down that said "Winchester" taking off his glasses Dr. Fuller looked straight at Sam "Sam, do you remember?" beginning to get irritated Sam replied dryly "Remember what and What am I doing here?!" sitting back the Doctor pulled out another file "Sam... your brothers dead" Sam's face ticked "Excuse me No... No he's not WHERE IS MY BROTHER!" standing up Dr. Fuller walked to lean against his desk in front of Sam "Your brother Dean passed away along with your father in the wreck in 2006 Sam" Sam jumped up causing the chair he was sitting in to fly back and knock over "NO NO NOO My Brother did not die in the wreck!" Dr. Fuller put his hands up speaking calmly reaching for the file behind him he turned back and handed it to Sam angrily Sam looked at it before ripping it from his hands "The hospital decided not to release you they said you began hallucinating that you and your brother were hunting 'Demons and Monsters'" shaking his head he began backing away from the doctor "No" Sam kept backing up as he read the file his back hit the wall it was a death certificate and an obituary

"Dean Johnathan Winchester Deceased September 28th 2006, Age: 26"

The obituary read "Death due to automobile accident when a semi-truck collided with the 1967 Chevrolet Impala driven by the deceased's younger brother Samuel Eric Winchester the boys' father was also in the car John Eric Winchester was dead upon arrival Dean Winchester was rushed to the hospital where he bled internally attempts to revive Dean failed resulting in his death. Samuel Winchester was the sole living survivor of the unfortunate crash..." Sam slid down the wall the file dropping "No, he didn't die Dean did not die My Mother is Dead, my Father is dead but NOT DEAN!" the Doctor sighed "I'm sorry Sam but Dean is gone" Sam covered his face his breathing became heavier

Sam stopped breathing "Do you remember what happened?" the Doctor reached down and picked up the file and handed it back to Sam "Stop this who is doing this! MY BROTHER IS NOT DEAD" getting up Sam ignored Dr. Fuller "CAS! CAS!" Dr. Fuller reached for Sam but" Sam was in a panic and sung his arm knocking the Doctor backwards and then it happened Sam stopped his face paled and his breath hitched his eyes centered in the middle of the office room as his nightmare came into a full bodied view. Smirking and chuckling slightly Lucifer gave a little wave at Sam 

"Hello Sammy boy I missed you dearly"
