Working with Parker on finding Sam and Dean had me feeling like my old self again. It was nice focus on something that could lead to a light at the end of the suburban underpass of a tunnel. We had come up with zilch so far and it was admittedly rather difficult to gather intel from a goddam basement. Regardless it has significantly improved both our moods, our sex life, and even our fake life day to days had been going far smoother than before with the promise of returning to our actual work once home.

"Good morning." A familiar voice rang out sending a shiver down my spine

I peered up and met the eyes of Aria who grinned back at me.

I stiffened, sitting up straight as I stared back at her "Good morning."

"Is Mr. Fisher in?" She questioned raising an eye brow, placing her palms flat on my desk as she leaned in slightly

I nodded and stood nodding for her to follow after me. I led her through the office before coming to a stop at his door, catching her stare on my ass as I turned around.

My brows knitted together and I crossed my arms over my chest "Eyes up here perv," I scoffed shaking my head "knock when you're ready and next time, don't make an ulterior motive pit stop at my desk because I'm not interested."

I rolled my eyes and stormed off, not waiting for her response.

~Later that Night~

I collapsed onto the couch next to Parker who was focused intently on the bright screen of her laptop. She looked adorable, a crease in her forehead and her lips drawn into a tight line.

"Aria stopped by today." I stated crossing my arms over my chest and feeling myself getting worked up at the thought of her.

She immediately turned and gave me a curious look "What happened?"

"I caught her staring at my ass!" I exclaimed throwing my hands up in exaggeration

Her eyes went dark "I'm going to kick hers."

She slammed her laptop shut and stood, letting it slide onto the cushion beside her.

"Don't bother I already told her off so I don't think she'll bother me again." I grumbled out

She turned, raising an eyebrow "You told her off huh?"

I nodded, smiling to myself at the memory "Yeah I called her a perv and told her never to come to my desk again."

"Damn," she smirked and leaned over placing a short fiery kiss on my lips "look at you being a little badass."

"Are you still going to kick her ass for looking at mine?" I asked curiously as I looked back at her

She shrugged seemingly weighing her options "Undecided if I'll seek it out, definity if I happen to see her by chance."

I laughed and shook my head "I appreciate you wanting to defend my honor but I think I have it handled."

She nodded and smiled "Oh I know you do."

A moment a shared understanding passed between us without a word.

"Would you like to go out to dinner?" She asked brushing a strand of hair behind my ear

I nodded with a grin "I'd love to."

We both went upstairs to get ready and a half hour later we were both dressed and ready to go. I had opted for a black cocktail dress and Parker was wearing a form fitting black suit that she looked TO DIE FOR in. We had both hurried out the door and into the car before taking a short drive to a local steak house.

"Happy birthday dear mom, happy birthday to you!" We sang out with the waitstaff before she blew out her candles

Everyone in the steak house cheered and Colton took the candle from mom, licking the frosting clean off. I was already stuffed but the cake sure did look delicious as mom cut us each a small slice, Colton first and then me.

"Thanks mom!" We both exclaimed

I took a big bite, the frosting now covering my mouth. I looked up and met my moms look of disgust.

"Clean your face Harper, honestly can't take you anywhere." She grumbled rolling her eyes with a careless shrug before taking another bite of her cake

"Here sis." Colton extended out his hand with a napkin, a small nervous smile on his lips

I smiled in return, the pit in my stomach shrinking ever so slightly "Thanks Colton."

~Present~

"Harp?" Her voice broke me from the memory and I shook my head as though to clear it

I let out a shaky breathe "Parker I need to call him."

"Colton?" She questioned, a knowing look in her eyes

I nodded, feeling a stinging in my eyes as I took in a deep breathe.

She bit her lip and nodded as she looked down at her hands.

A moment of silence passed before she spoke, a few stray tears falling down my cheeks "If we're gonna do this we need to do it right."

I poked over at her, my heart feeling as though it had grown two sizes "Really?"

She nodded and turned the car back on, the engine roaring to life "First things first, we need a disposable phone."

A short drive to the corner store and a rather tedious struggle with packaging later we were finished setting up the phone  and sitting in the car staring at the dial button. I knew his number by heart and I had already typed it but something about pressing the button felt...

"Are you alright?" Parker asked looking over at me

I shook my head and closed my eyes "Parker they think we're dead."

"They'll be relieved Harp." She stated putting her hand on my shoulder

I nodded "Yes but I'll be putting them in danger, again. I'll be asking them to keep a secret and they'll know I'm alive but won't be able to see me."

"Anything's better than thinking you're dead Harp and I wouldn't have agreed if I didn't think you needed this." She stated calmly, her finger pulling my chin up so I was forced to look at her "I love you so much and I'll support you no matter what. We're in this together and I support you in whatever you think you need to do."

I bit my lip and nodded, trying to hold back the tears "I need to do this I'm just scared." I let out a shaky breathe "I really appreciate you being here and not trying to talk me out of it."

"When you set your mind on something there is no one, not even me, that can talk you out of it." She laughed causing me to join in

My nerves settled slightly and I smiled at her "Alright I'm ready."

"Remember keep it short on the off chance it's being traced." She then smiled brightly "Let's do this thing."

What an out of character thing to say.

I laughed shaking my head as I clicked the dial button and heard the line starting to ring.
