Sid and Sanju were also with her including Karan's family members. She was getting worried second by second till the time to get her surgery done was finally near, so she asked...
Monami (To Kaveri) - Aunty... Karan kaha hai? Usne kaha tha ke vo mere sath rahega. Main usse do din se nahi mili hu. Please, use bulayiye na...!!!
Kaveri (Worriedly) - Beta, vo kehkar to gaya tha ke aa jayega. Tum uspe dhyan mat do abhi. Tumhe abhi apni surgery pe focus karna chahiye. Vo aa hi jayega, jaise usne kaha tha, okay?
Kunal (Holding her hand) - Mumma sahi keh rahi hai, Bhabhi. Is waqt aapki surgery zyada zaroori hai. Aap Bhaiyya ko hi sabse pehle dekhna chahti hai na? To aapko bas ye surgery karvani hai abhi, Bhaiyya aa jayege.
She nodded her head and finally, they were able to make her ready for her surgery without waiting for him but the main problem was, the others also didn't know, when he'll be back.

A man was standing near that hospital, in which, she was going to get her surgery done. He said...
He (To himself) - To mujhe tumhari kamzori aakhirkar mil hi gai. Ab main dekhta hu ke tum kise bachate ho, Ise... ya apne maksad ko...!!!
Tumhara tumse sabkuch chhin luga main. Maut ke liye tadpoge lekin ise bachane ke liye to zinda rehna hi hoga aur tab main tumhe isi ladki ke zariye aur bhi tadpauga...!!!

On the other hand, Karan was with his unit again. He decided to choose the Army. He wanted to finish his last mission which turned into a cold mission because of his absence. He wanted to complete his old mission.
He knew that it was her surgery's day, so he was in a hurry to complete his mission. It was a cold mission for the Army but not for his team, his unit. Faizi, Koel, Chitra, Bala, Suman and Prem were working on that mission, even in his absence.
When he joined them back, they were already ready to finally put an end to that mission. They started to slowly eradicate the members of his brother's gang and they have also eradicated a whole team of his father's. His brother and his key men were left to finish that mission once and for all.

On the other hand, she was in her surgery. There were some complications and she knew about that but her willpower, to finally be able to see his face first, was so strong that she and the operating doctors were trying their level best in their own ways.
After getting the surgery done, the doctors told her to rest for one month in the hospital as it will take that much time according to the doctors because of the complicated surgery of hers. She was waiting for him to come to her and hug her tightly. No one was telling her anything except that he had gone somewhere without telling them anything.
She wasn't able to believe that because he knew that her surgery would happen soon and she would need his presence there, with her... But she still chose to believe him and waited for him.

Karan (Taking a deep breath out of relief) - Main aa raha hu. Main bahot jald aa raha hu. Bas use kuch mat kehna. Ek hafta aur... Aur main vaha, uske samne houga, Kunal. Tum sabke sath houga... Aur vaise bhi, mujhe tum logo se kuch discuss bhi karna hai. Khaskar, tumse aur Monami se. Uska dhyan rakhna, Chhote. Main bahot jald vaha pohoch jauga. Ek hafta to yu hi nikal jayega...!!!
Kunal (With a smile) - Haa, Bhai. Vaise bhi, Bhabhi ki aankho ki pattiyan ek week baad hi khulnewali hai. Usse pehle aa jayiyega. Bhabhi sabse pehle aapko dekhna chahti hai, Bhaiyya.
Karan (With a smile) - Main aa jauga. Ye mera waada hai tujhse...!!!

A week passed by in a jiffy but he was still not there. It was finally time to remove her bandages but she wasn't excited at all for that. She was rather worried about why he wasn't with her till then. The doctors removed her bandages but she still refused to open her eyes as she wanted to see him first, so she decided to wait for more.
It's been a day and she was still sitting on her bed while closing her eyes. At that time, she heard someone enter inside but she didn't react as she thought that maybe, that someone was from the family itself but when no one spoke anything, she felt weird about it, so she asked...
Monami (Curiously) - Who's this?
No one answered her, so she got out of the bed slowly. She again asked...
Monami (In a strong tone) - Maine puchha kon hai?
She was going towards the door but collided with the stool and was about to fall down but someone caught her in time and asked...
Someone (With a smirk) - Itna pyaar karti ho mujhse ke mere alawa kisi ko bhi pehle nahi dekhogi, Monu?
Monami (Taking a deep breath out of relief) - KARAN...!!!
Karan (With a broad smile) - The one and only...!!!
