He didn't stop for his father to give him any reply. He continued his lunch without seeing his father's pained expressions while his to be stepmother had tears in her eyes after seeing Karan's this much rude and inhuman behavior with his own father who has already faced so much till his wife's death and still is facing his son's anger, his disappointment, his hatred. Siddhant didn't said anything and just left from there.
She also left from there with a heavy heart but Karan... He has decided something which he wanted to discuss with Sid. So, he called him and fixed a meeting with him in a Cafe. When he reached there, Sanju was also there with him. They greeted eachother while Karan took his seat in front of them. He said...
Karan (To Sid) - Sid, mujhe teri ek help chahiye.
Sid (In his usual tone) - Haa to bolna Bro, kya help chahiye meri? Aur tu itna serious kyu hai, Bro?
Karan (Looking at Sanju meaningfully) - Mujhe tujhse Monami ke baare me kuch baat karni thi.
Sid and Sanju understood his gaze and the meaning behind that so, Sanju said...
Sanju (To Karan) - Agar tumhe koi private baat karni hai to I can leave, don't worry.
Sid (Holding her hand while looking at Karan) - No need... Karan, ye Monu Bro ki condition se achi tarah vakif hai aur uski achi dost bhi hai, to agar tujhe uske baare me koi baat karni hai to tu Sanju ke samne bhi kar sakta hai.
Karan (While nodding his head) - Kya kabhi Monami ne apni surgery ke baare me nahi socha? I mean... Uski aankhon ke ilaaj ke baare me?
Sid (Confusingly) - Bro, tu achanak se is baare me kyu puchh raha hai? Kya hua? Usne kuch bola kya?
Karan (Scoffing a little) - Vahi to problem hai, Bro... Vo kuch bolti hi to nahi hai...!!! Vo sab chhod, tu mujhe bata na... Kya kabhi usne thik hone ke baare me nahi socha?
Sanju (With a sad tone) - Tumhe kya lagta hai, Karan? Kya use ye duniya dekhne ka man nahi karta hai? Kya use hamesha lakdi ke ya kisi aur ke sahaare chalna hi pasand hai?
Karan (Impatiently) - To fir usne aaj tak apna ilaaj kyu nahi karaya? Vo kyu abhi tak uske unhi andheron main ghumti hai? Kya use Roshni dekhna pasand nahi? Kya use apne apno ke chehre dekhna pasand nahi?
Sid (Scoffing a little) - Iska bahot simple sa jawaab hai, Karan. Apne parents ko aur apni aankhon ko kho dene ke baad, vo financially kafi weak ho chuki hai. She can't afford her eye surgery, Karan.
Karan (Confusingly) - To tune abhi tak kuch kiya kyu nahi? Uski madad kyu nahi ki tune abhi tak?
Sanju (Smiling meaningfully at him) - Use madad hi to nahi chahiye, Karan...!!! Vo bahot hi khuddar ladki hai. Vo kabhi kisi ka ehsaan nahi leti... Aur ye tum uski lifestyle dekhkar samjh sakte ho.
Karan (Frustratedly) - Magar koi to rasta hoga na guys ke jisse uski aakhein is duniya ko dubaara dekh sake? Hum hamesha uske aaspass nahi reh sakte... (In a saddened slow voice) Main hamesha uske sath nahi reh sakta...!!!
Sid (In a serious tone) - Tujhe kya lagta hai, Bro? Hum ye baat nahi samjhte? Are in fact, humne kitni baar usse apni aakhon ka operation karane ko bola but vo hai ke humari kisi baaton pe kaan hi nahi dharti hai...!!!
Karan (Hopefully) - Lekin agar hum use bataye hi na ke uska operation honewala hai to?
Sanju (Immediately) - Ye use aur uske usoolon ko chot pohochane barabar hoga, Karan.
Karan (Remembering something) - To agar use ye pata chale ke ye kisi company ke charity ke through ho raha hai ke jiske baad use unke under kaam karne ka bhi mauka diya jayega, jab vo thik ho jayegi to?
Is tarah se na use apne usoolon ko bhulkar kisi ki madad leni padegi aur na hi use aisa lagega ke koi uspe koi ehsaan kar raha hai?
Sid and Sanju smiled at Karan as they liked the idea but the question was... Who will do that just like that? So, Sanju asked...
Sanju (Confusingly) - But sawaal ye hai ke aisa karega kon?
Karan (Immediately) - Mere Dad ki company...!!! Vo har che mahine, isi tarah, aise functions organize karte hai aur un candidates ko apni company ke liye select karte hai ke jo kisi tarah se kaabil to hai but apni kisi kamzori ki wajah se ek achi jagah par, ek achi post par kaam nahi kar pate hai.
Sid (Realising that) - Are haa yr, Bro... Ye to mere dimaag se hi nikal gya tha...!!! To tu apne Dad se baat karle aur hum ye dekhte hai ke ye news hume Monu Bro ke samne kaise break karni hai.
Listening that, he nodded his head somehow but was in a deep thought. He didn't want to take his father's help but Monami was a different matter for him.
