Chapter 5: You?!

"Perfect," says Akshara placing the bindi on Sonakshi's forehead. "Just like you," says Sonakshi chuckling a bit. Akshara hugs Sonakshi and kisses on her forehead. Savi in a jealous tone says, "I think you guys are missing someone."

"Sona, I think someone is jealous," says Akshara. Sonakshi laughs at them and hugs them both. Savi says, "So, Dr. Sonakshi Bose are you ready?"

"I was born ready," replies Sonakshi. Akshara in a teasing voice says, "Ready for your meet with Dev Dixit or ready for the marriage?"
Savi and Akshara laugh at Sona and hi-fi while Sona pouts like a little kid. Sonakshi says, "Your teasing session has already started. Kya paata shaadi ke baad kya hoga?"

"Oo ho! Shaadi ke baad? Not bad," says Savi controlling her laugh. While Sonakshi becomes like a red tomato because of her sayings. Savi stops laughing and in a sad voice says, "But I am really missing Naira." Sonakshi says, "Haa yaar. How she suddenly become ill today? Let me call her. I hope she is doing well."
Akshara says, "I don't think uski zaroorat hai. I called her today. She is doing better. She wanted to come but her overprotective brother didn't let her."

Suddenly they hear the bell. "They are here," both Akshu & Savi screams. They leave Sonakshi in her room and run downstairs. Sonakshi giggles and says to herself, "Oh God! Kaise kaar rahe hai? Laag raha hai shaadi mere nahi innki hai." Then she realizes what she said. She tells herself looking at her reflection, "Kya hua tera? Dr. Sonakshi Bose, you were never interested in marriage so why are you now so much interested in marriage? Dev Dixit ne kya jaadu kaar diya?"

On the other hand, the Dixit have parked their car outside the Bose house. Karthik & Ishaan are accompanying Dev. They are about to enter the Bose house but Ishaan gets a call and remains outside while other enters the mansion. They find Asha & Bijoy welcoming them warmly. Asha hugs Ishwari & says, "Kaisa hai aap Ishwari ji?"
"Bohot accha. Tumhere baat baatao," replies Ishwari with a warm smile. "Mai bhi bohot accha hu."

"Asha! Saab baat bahar karna hai kya? Aandar aane do." says Bijoy. Asha nodes and let's them inside the house. They all settle in the guest room. "Bohot chota sa ghar hai hamara. I hope koi dikkhat nahi hogi," says Asha. Ishwari says, "Kya baate kar rahe ho, Asha? Ghar thodi na size se measure hota hai. Ghar ka matlab pyaar hai jo tum logo ki bohot hai. Haina Dev?"

Dev smilingly nodes at her mother's words. But inside he is a mess. Nervousness, excitement & what not feelings are going in his heart. On the other hand, Savi & Akshu is seeing all this from the stairs. Seeing Karthik, Savi says to herself, "Karthik?!"

"Karthik? Kaun Karthik? Wait! Tere newly found friend, Karthik?" asks Akshu to which Savi replies a yes. Ishwari notices Savi & Akshu on the stairs and says, "Baccho, yeha aao." Asha also sees them and tells them to come here to meet the Dixits. Karthik also sees Savi and says to himself, "Savi?" Ishwari says, "Karthik tum janti ho?"

"Ha aunty. Mere friend hai."

"Phir to bohot accha hai," says Asha. Asha again tells Akshu & Savi to come.

Asha introduces them as Sona's friend. Both of them touch Ishwari's feet. After that, the Bose & Dixit introduce each of their family. After the introduction ends, Karthik says, "Aunty, if you don't have any problem, can I take Savi outside to meet Ishaan?"

"Ha zaaror. Come quickly, beta," says Ishwari. Karthik takes outside the house.

Savi's POV starts
When I heard Karthik taking the name of Ishaan, I was confused. Is it that Ishaan Bhosale? After coming out of the house, I ask Karthik about Ishaan. Yeah! The guy who helped me. Ishaan Bhosale is here. I was kinda nervous about meeting him. After all, he is my to-be professor. We go towards Ishaan. The guy is standing facing the back of me talking on the phone. He looks young and kinda muscular. I think I have a young & hot professor then. SAVI! WHAT THE HELL YOU ARE THINKING??? Karthik calls out Ishaan's name. Ishaan cuts the call and looks behind. Our eyes meet and what my luck? It is that mental, manner-less guy. I think he is equally shocked by seeing me. We both scream at each other, "You?!" Just then realization hits me. THIS IS THAT GUY! I say, "Wait a minute. Karthik, is it that guy who helped me?" I think the Chidkiya(Ishaan) also understands what is happening and asks Karthik, "Wait? What? This is the girl I helped?"
