"It wasn't a dream, right? What just happened?" Akshara says to herself in shock. She has just reached her home. After taking Virat to his room, she goes to her room & lay down on her bed. She recalls today's incident. How Abhimanyu confessed his love! And THEY KISSED! Akshu touches her lips & says, "I just had my first kiss. Woh bhi Dr. Abhimanyu Birla. Dr. Abhimanyu Birla LOVES ME? It's not a dream, right? Oh my my!"

But she remembers about Abhi's girlfriend. She says to herself, "I don't think he is lying about his girlfriend matter. Maybe he really doesn't have a girlfriend. Yeah! I am pretty sure he is not lying. He loves ME?! Khadoos Birla LOVES ME!?"

Akshu quickly gets up from the bed to calm down her excited heart. She says to herself, "Par mai itna jaldi ha nahi kehne wali hu! Aapko mehnat karne paregi mujhe manane ke liye, Dr. Birla. Let's see what you can do for me. Uff! My Khadoos Birla. I love you."

The scene changes to Karthik in his bedroom. Currently, he is working on his laptop. But it's clear that his mind is not with him. He is still thinking about what happened in the office. Karthik knows that he can't fool his sister. So, he tells her everything that happened. About Naira. How he & Naira became friends. How Naira talked to him at the office. How he saw Naira with a guy & felt angry. Everything. Karthik says, "I don't know why but these all things are bothering me so much."

Keerti smiles hearing it. Karthik asks her, "Why are you smiling like a fool?"

"Cause my pyaari brother is in love," says Keerti squeezing Karthik's cheeks. Karthik says in shock, "What?"

"Yep, my brother."

"Keerti, I am pretty sure tere dimag kharab hogaya."

"You don't believe me?"

"Nope."

Keerti stands up & covers Karthik's eyes with her hand. Karthik irritatedly says, "What are you doing, Keerti?"

"Chup! Be silent for a moment. Then think about love. Who are the persons you can see when you think about love?"

Karthik does everything according to Keerti. His mom's face flashes before his eyes. Then he sees Keerti, Luv, Kush & NAIRA?! Keerti asks Karthik, "So, Mr. Karthik Goenka, do you believe me now?"

"It's....How can be this possible?"

Keerti lets go of Karthik's eyes & sits beside him. She says, "I am so happy for you. Now, quickly propose to Naira."

Saying this, she hugs Karthik & leaves from there. Karthik says, "I can't believe it. I am in love with NAIRA?!"

Time skips. The next day, Akshu is sitting beside Virat's bed. They are talking & having a cup of tea. Virat says, "God knows aur kitna deen mujhe aise bed rest mai rehna hoga. I feel so bored."

"Sorry, Bhai. Can't do anything about that. You need bed rest for two weeks more. Got it?"
