ep 25

Everyone was silent.

No one dared to talk after Jungkook's sudden outburst of feelings.

Even his mother and father can't seem to justify their wrong doings to their son.

Jungkook's painful sobs could be heard all over the hall as jimin kept hugging the older, trying to calm him down. But Jungkook didn't seem to, which made his heart hurt.

"Jungkook-ah..."

Jimin called out

"Please don't cry... It's not worth it."
He said as he caressed the olders hair softly.

He then turned over to the woman who made him cry like this and asked softly

"Why mam? Don't you feel guilty doing this to you own sons? Why do you have to choose the wrong path when you could have been living happily with you son all these days?!"

"You! Stop advising you little-"

Jungkook's father was about to rise his voice as he heard from his boss

"That's enough of family drama! You! Go bring the cure down immediately!"

Jungkook's parents were about to go outside as he heard hoseok's Stern voice

"You are NOT stealing anything from them!"

As he stood, blocking the way up the stairs.

"Move!"

Jungkook's father shouted as he was about to push hoseok, but couldn't as he himself was knocked over by yoongi.

"EVERYONE LEAVE THIS PLACE AT ONCE!"

As he held hoseok's hands tightly and ran away to the outside.

"The cure? YOONGI HYUNG!"

Namjoon shouted. But yoongi didn't stop running, and made his way to the parking lot.

Jin and namjoon, got ahold of tae, and made started to make their way to the outside.

they both left too, to yoongi's car, which is waiting for the others.

Meanwhile, Jungkook too muttered

"We need to leave, baby"

As they started moving too.

But before they could make it out, his father held Jungkook tightly, as Jungkook let out a painful hiss out of pain.

It seemed as if they wanted to leave the others and get ahold of Jungkook alone.

"JUNGKOOK!"

Jimin shouts and pleaded

"Leave him alone, sir. Please..."

"Aww. We are good parents... We don't mean any harm to Jungkookie here, do we..?"

His father said as he looked at his wife with a smirk.

"Jimin... Listen to me and... Leave! Now!"

He said as his mother interrupted

"If you present yourself to us, we will let your dear Jungkookie go or else... Don't try me... I lost my son years ago and I definitely don't have mercy..."

She says as she eyed his husband, who tightly slapped Jungkook, making jimin shout

"I agree!"

"Baby no!"

"I agree... I... Iam presenting myself to you... But please... Leave him alone..."

"Well... Well... Look at that..."

His mother said and added

"Look... Your boyfriend is sacrificing himself for you...this  is pretty... "

She said and added

"Well... How about giving them a last chance, honey?"

She says with a smirk plastered on her face.

"I very well know that the cure is not inside. Otherwise that yoongi wouldn't have left. Look... I need the cure... Or else I'm taking the gene from this boy . You know very well what will happen to him after. You have 2 days."

She threatened him as she ordered jimin

"Yah! Come here on my hold now!"

Jimin obeyed the lady, went to his mother's hold, who tightly held him by his chest, which made him hiss in pain.

Jungkook, on the other hand, was crying, as well as glaring his egg donor.

"Jungkookie..."

Jimin said weakly.

"I...I love you... And... I trust you..."

Jimin said making Jungkook cry out loud.

"P-Please... Be safe..."

He said as his mother signalled his husband. His father dragged Jungkook out, making Jungkook shout, cry and scream for jimin.

However, his father remained unbothered, threw Jungkook away, and shut the door across his face.

Jungkook dropped to his knees and cried out loud, screaming painfully for jimin.

The next few hours was a blur for Jungkook. Ask Jungkook did was to cry.

Cry thinking he'd failed jimin. Thinking he lost it all. Thinking he failed his hyungs. Thinking... He'd lose jimin forever.

Nothing... Not even Jin could snap Jungkook out.

When Jungkook was on his knees crying, Jin ran up to him and hugged him questioning what had happened, and all Jungkook could mutter was 'jimin'.

He kept weeping saying 'my jiminie.' or 'my baby' and the others could just watch. Soon,They dragged Jungkook out, promising that they are going to save jimin soon.

The six were sitting, quietly, not daring to utter a single word.

Jin was the first to break this broken silence

"Everyone... Please... Say something... I'm worried for jimin too... But we... We have to do something..."

Jin says, only to get broken stares from others.

"we could just hand them the cure and get jimin back..? Please..."

Tae said, his voice never been so broken before.

Yoongi spoke

"Taehyung-ah it's nonsense tal-"

"What's nonsense?! Huh?! What's nonsense? I just want jimin back is that wrong?! Is wanting me jimin safe back home wrong?!"

"You don't understand tae-"

"I PROMISED HER HYUNG!"

Tae shouted, making others flinch.

"I promised... I promised jimin's mother that I... I am gonna keep him safe... No matter what...

I made sure jimin gets in hands of Jin hyung... I made sure namjoon hyung always watched jimin through Jin and updated me then and there... I... Please hyung..."

He says as he was full on crying.

No one could find words to comfort anyone in the room. It's all downed in unendurable pain.
