Hope Wilson had had enough. She had been watching over her son from the moment she entered the afterlife. Somehow the afterlife had restored her sight, but she didn't question it. She would never question anything that allowed her to see her son for the first time. Her sweet little boy had grown into a kind, compassionate, handsome, intelligent man. She couldn't be more proud even if sometimes she wanted to shake some sense into him. Her love would never waver, but it could get painful watching him destroy himself over and over again.

He had finally stopped sabotaging himself and was settling in as a member of the Newman family. But then Victoria and Victor's constant favoritism of her struck again and of course her son ended up out in the cold again. As much as Hope loved Victor for giving her Adam, she hated him for how mistreated their son. But the big event that had her ready to jump back to Earth was when her dear son lost his little girl. She had never seen Adam in so much pain, pain that intensified when Sally Spectra decided it was his fault their daughter died.

Now she had liked Sally from the moment she entered her son's life. The mother in her knew that Adam had found his soulmate and she was their biggest cheerleader. But lately she had been very frustrated with the red headed fashion designer. The Kansas native could see how much she still loved her son, but still insisted on clinging to Nicholas, Victor's other son. Hope could understand why Sally had been reluctant at first, but that sympathy had long faded. She was stringing both brothers along all because she was afraid to trust Adam, but was also afraid to let him go.

Well, Hope couldn't and wouldn't stand for this mistreatment of her son anymore. Not by his soulmate, his siblings, Victor or she shuddered as she thought this name... Nikki. It was time for her to make an Earthly appearance and right some wrongs. Her son needed her and not even death could prevent her from helping him.
