Part 2

(Reese Pov)
I had finally got out of the shower walking to my closet to find an outfit. I had found the perfect outfit to wear for the day.

There was a nice breeze outside that i felt from my window this morning. So I based my outfit around it. I walked out of my room and to the living room where i saw Kate waiting for me"Guess where we are going?" I said walking toward her."Where?" She said looking up from the t.v."Mmm I don't know you tell me." She told me smiling."To a Cafe because I really want some coffee." I said as i was super in the mood for some coffee and a muffin. She tilted her head."For real? I thought we would be going somewhere fun." I frowned."A cafe is fun whats not fun about a cafe." I said looking at her as if she was the crazy one."Everything but I'll go just because it's you Reese Piece." She said standing up smiling at me as she grabbed the keys. I studied her outfit as she sat up it fit her so well as all of her outfits did.

(Kates Outfit)
I smiled when she said that if i could blush i would be right now. How did i deal with this feeling for almost a year it shocks me so much everyday. She knocked me out of my trance by opening the front door. We both walked out and headed to the car.

(Arrived at the cafe)
We went to a cafe that was still close to campus since we had practice later on today. We both hopped out of the car walking towards the cafe. She opened the door for me letting me go in first. I smiled at her as i walked in and she came behind me walking to my side."So what are you thinking of getting?" She asked me looking up at the large menu above as we walked to the Counter in the front."Maybe a Vanilla Frappe. That sounds really good right now actually." I said as i thought about the taste of it. It was my go to every time but lately i was trying to change it up but nothing could keep me from it. Yes I am a caffeine addict."Sounds good, Sound good. I think I might just get a hot chocolate." Kate said as she looked at me."Alright well let's go tell the lady what we want." I said walking up to the counter and waiting for the lady to pop up. She came out and i told her our order. She handed us a receipt and number for our food. We found a seat to sit at."So, How did you feel when you left Uconn." She had asked me playing with the receipt. I guess she still wanted to be on this topic."I don't know I felt weird at first but then everything else came naturally to me I guess." I said. I did wanna say something about Paige but I knew if i teased her she would probably get mad. Honestly nothing happened with me and Paige ever she was my best friend and she liked my sister but I never told Kate because I love how Jealous she would get honestly."So were you happy when you met me?" She tilted her head grinning at me."I mean Of course you were the first person at Iowa to talk to me." I looked at her in her eyes that were very vibrant. She smiled at what I said. They then called our number for our drinks she got up and went to get our drinks. She placed them down as she got back to our seats and sat down."Did you wanna leave Paige and them?" She asked she looked curious as she asked this question. Lately she had been asking way more questions about my life before at Uconn it made me wonder what she was seeking for."I mean of course leaving my best friend that i had been with forever and my Sister was definitely a lot." I said rethinking about how I felt when i first left."But there were just more opportunities here, you know?" I said. "Yeah." She said as she studied my face.

(Kate's pov)
I studied Reese's face as she looked at me smiling. She was cute to me and different. Ever since I had met her she was different to me. I would never tell her I liked her. I felt like she wouldn't like me back. I've always thought that she had a crush on Paige. It was stupid but i couldn't help but ask questions about her relationship with her. I was curious about everything shes done before me. I guess you could say i was jealous. "So hows your sister?" She looked up from taking a sip from her drink" Oh she's doing pretty good i don't feel as worried because Paige is there to be with her. I nodded  "That's good then." I wondered if i would have told her i liked her sooner would we have even be friends like this.

(sorry guys this was really held off because there's just been a lot going on but i'm gonna try and keep updating this story as much as i can.)
