The Gilbert House
Stefan arrived back to find everyone sitting around. "Where's Elena and Jena?" Jeremy immediately asked.
Jeremy knew the entire truth since Elena first arrived and even though they've told everyone they were cousins, Jeremy felt like Elena was his older sister.
"They're still in the woods," Stefan said keeping his promise towards Elena, "They wanted to talk, Elena wanted to tell Jena everything alone" he told them.

The Mikaelson Mansion
Elena had left the cave and made her way towards the Mikaelson house, she stood on the outside and knocked. The door opened there stood Elijah staring at her.
"Elijah." "Elena."
Elijah took Elena into his arms and kissed her deeply, "My lovely Elena" he whispered against her lips.
"Ellie?" Elijah stepped out the way to reveal his younger siblings who were pushing each other to get to Elena first only to see Finn already hugging her.
Finn stepped out the way and Rebekah took Elena into her arms, "I've miss you sister" Rebekah said.
"I've missed you to" Elena whispered she was basically crying.
"How come I didn't get a teary hug?" Elijah complained as his wife and sister pulled out the hug. "Because you immediately took me in for a kiss which I've missed" Elena patted his shoulder.
Before she was off the ground giggling as Kol held her tight "I'm never letting go of you again" he told her throwing her over his shoulder before walking away.
"Remember my wife!" Elijah chased after him.
"My sister!"
"That's only because she married me!"
Kol and Elijah continued to argue as Klaus watched. He had officially lost everything that made him have little humanity.
"You should apologize" Finn's voice took him out of his thoughts.
"She won't forgive me," Klaus said "I killed her family even though she is not her family."
"Nik she's been with them for years of course they're her family!" Finn said "But your favorite brother" he nudge his shoulder.
"How do you know that?"
"She told me once, just promise you won't tell Kol."
"No promises."

Rebekah caught Elena up on everything until the point of Klaus daggering her.
"Hold up," Elena said "You dated Stefan?" Elena asked, she had never heard of this before.
Rebekah nodded her head. "So your sister and your wife sleep with the same guy" Klaus remarked to Elijah "That's something" he smirked.
"You're dating my ex lover?" Rebekah's eyes widened.
"Yes — or more like dated or..." Elena said "It's complicated," she shook her head "It's nothing to worry about right now."
"Especially since you have a husband again" Kol said pointing his head towards Elijah who was walking out the room.
Elena's eyes watched Elijah leave "I should go talk to him," she standing up "I want to catch up more with all of you" Elena said avoiding Klaus' eyes as she walked past him.
"She hates me" Klaus said. "You did kill her aunt" Rebekah told him.

Elijah walked into a that was unfinished, he heard Elena walk into the room "I still can't believe that you remember," she said stepping behind him "I've missed you all so much" she said feeling Elijah's shoulder tense up as she laid her hand on it "Your upset?"
"No," Elijah shook his head turning to face his wife "I could never be upset at you" he said pushing a hair behind her ear.
They stared into each other's eyes but were interrupted by Elena's phone ringing.
"Stefan?"
"Elena? Are you okay?"
Elena looked up at Elijah who just started at her.
"Yeah I'm fine"
"Where are you? I can—"
"Stefan. I'm fine" she said cutting him off "I just need to be alone right now."
"Jeremy and Ric are worried sick" Stefan told her "They want to know where you and Jena are it's been hours."
"Stefan," Elena sighed "Just a few more minutes please"
"I'll try to keep them distracted."
"Thank you"
"Love you."
Elena winced at the look that grew on Elijah's face before he turned away from her.
"Yeah, bye." Elena hanged up shoving her phone in her pocket.
"You didn't say it back" Elijah said.
"Because I love you," Elena said "And I must ask something of you and the others" she said quietly. Elijah turned to face her again confusion on his face, "I should explain it with everyone else" Elena said and Elijah nodded.
