Y/N's POV

I changed into shorts and a Riley's hoodie, I put on some shoes and looked over at Riley who was waiting by the door, "Ready?" I smiled and nodded as we headed out and walked towards the boys dorm.

Im kind of anxious and Riley definitely picked up on it because she began tickling my side "Fuck you!" I yelled out in laughter, she laughed and began running down the hall and I chased after her, we made it all the way to someone's room. I leaned against the wall, trying to catch my breath while she knocked on the door.

Shortly after it opened and behind it was Mattheo, he moved back is Riley made her way in making a bee line straight for the bottles set up on the dresser as I walked in give a smile to Mattheo as he awkwardly gave one back. "Y/N!" Blaise yelled out as some heads turned, I ignored it as Blaise immediately comes over and grabs me, leading me towards a group of people.

"I'm glad you came, now I can introduce you to everyone" He said just as we made a stop in front of them. "Guys you need to meet someone" Heads turn, including Jamie's- he rolled his eyes and sat on the bed beside him, It made my stomach turn, I wasn't sure what I did for him to act like I was something vile and repulsive, I quickly brushed it off not wanting to show it was getting to me.

"You've already met Mattheo and Riley, these are your other roommates, Eve and Amelia" They both gave a bright smile as Amelia came and gave me a hug, it was very tight and I could smell the alcohol on her immediately, "I'm so excited to get to know you more! We'll have so much fucking fun" She let go and Eve gave me a hello, "It's nice to meet you as well, I'm Y/N". I continued to get more acquainted with everyone and began enjoying myself, Jamie just sat in the corner ignoring us, specifically me. I picked up on the hint as I excused myself from the group and sat down on a random bed across the room.

A huge sigh escaped my lips as I watched the people around me dance, drink, make out, and just have fun. This scene was unfamiliar to me before Hogwarts it just felt like prison, I needed to be perfect or I would never succeed and I've only been here for a day. I drift deep into my thoughts, "Hey" I jump a bit and look over at the figure next to me. It was a boy, one that was in my brothers compartment. "Can I sit here?" I quickly nodded and scooted over, he sat next to me and held a drink to me, "I have an extra want it?"
I looked between the drink and him before taking it from his hands" "Lorenzo Berkshire" He smiled as he took a swig from his own cup, I looked down at my own "Y/N Shah" we both said at the same time, I looked up at him raising an eyebrow.

Lorenzo laughed, turning his attention back to the party as I just stared at him "Are you some sort of stalker or something" I asked questioning the drink he handed me. "Merlin no, Me and Jamie are friends, he told us about you on the train" he explained and I nodded "did he say anything bad? Or weird by chance?" Lorenzo turned his attention to me with a small smirk, "Is there something bad to know about you?" I shook my head "No, I didn't do anything to him he's just a pissbaby who has some sort of made up issue and won't tell me why" I began on a tirade, letting all my emotions regarding my brother go and the entire time he listened. I eventually slowed down and my brows furrowed and downed the drink he gave me out of anger- it tasted like hell and burnt my throat as it raced down- I immediately began coughing and gasping for air as he laughed at me and I turned and tried to shove him off the bed, "What are you laughing at?" He just laughed more and soon I began too, it was contagious- "Have you never drank before, that was fucking hilarious" I playfully rolled my eyes and shoved him again "I totally have before I just drank to fast!" I lied through my teeth but I could tell he knew but he didn't mention it, he just smiled "You're nothing like Jamie, he's grumpy and stubborn.." I watched the way his lips moved, his shiny teeth, pink lips and every once in a while he would brush his hair away to get it out of his eyes- they were a nice deep brown that could put you in a trance, the colored lights shining in them.

A couple of seconds in he waved his hand in my face "Earth to Y/N" I smiled and a light blush crept onto my face, thankfully the only lights were colorful and kept changing so hopefully he didn't notice. He just leaned back and laughed, "were you even listening" he asked between small chuckles "only a little you got a little boring," I smirked as he clenched his heart "Wow! I am speechless!" We both broke out laughing again- I genuinely was having fun since I even got on the train, to me nothing else mattered, I forgot about Riley, Jamie, and my entire surroundings- it was just me and Lorenzo and I wasn't opposed to it. We continued to hold our conversation and he kept cracking jokes and stories, at that point my cheeks and lips had hurt from smiling and laughing so hard, I rested my head on his shoulder as I laughed at a story about some kid named Draco and how he got turned into a ferret, I finally lifted my head up and our faces were inches away it was almost like time had stopped and we were frozen, looking into each others eyes, anticipating the others move...

Lol sorry this is so late but I'm just a girl😛
It takes me forever to write tho like I want it to be good but I also want it to be put out! I'll get better tho trust
